What do you do to get more in touch with your element? For me, I listen to my element- when I outside, I listen to the wind and what it says, where its going, what its doing... I just walk and listen, and learn... it's probably one of the my most favorite things to do...very relaxing, but cold xp ......So what about you?

I, persoanlly, feel I am Earth-based: I am solid, stubborn, explosive, yet clam, nuturing, and looking to grow. When possible, I, too, go for walks through parks to take in the vastness of it all. When I'm lucky during the summer, I get to go hiking in the mountains, or go to the Buchart Gardens in Canada. This summer, I'll have an amazing experience by going on a cruise to Alaska with my family. I hope to really take in a lot of the nature there, and possibly get to see/visit with some Native Americans. Hopefully, they won't have a casino. sweatdrop

I'd say my main element is Air - which is funny, I always thought Aquarius was related to water. I feel more of a connection to water, too.

I love the wind. I'd love it even more if I had my own tallship and could truly appreciate its power as it filled my sails and drove me to lands unknown. Sadly, those days are long gone - and I'm several decades too late. crying

I've always been more connected to my Air element. I always used to meditate on my element beforte a diving meet, praying for the winds fluid motions and agility.

I am the element of Earth. And I do many things in Soul Magick to connet to my element

I believe that Earth is of ALL the elements, put together as one. Earth conducts of Air, Fire, Water, and everything inbetween, does it not? I believe that is the reason why its hard to control. Because it isnt one element, its them all. So I can go swimming and meditate, and I can listen to the wind, and I can stare at the fire of the glow of a kindling candle.

i know i am an air, but my sign is aries, and i feel a strong connection with water, but water doesnt speak to me as the wind does, plus i am very smart (doesnt mean to sound concited), but i am very very forgetful, and i often space out, and some times kinda lazy, but with the right motivation i can move maountains

I don't really know how to do soul magic with fire, though. Someone suggested fire scrying, and thats something I plan to try, but does anyone know of anything else I could do?

My element is fire. No surprize, I'm a leo, born in the year of the dragon. Hot-tempered and passionate, with a supersized ego. But if you strike a nerve, my flame goes out. I don't really know how to do soul magic with fire, though. Someone suggested fire scrying, and thats something I plan to try, but does anyone know of anything else I could do?

Water, water everywhere. Water is my element for sure, but I tend to use all the elements depending on the situation. For scrying I prefer Fire over Water, it's just easier for me to see images in flames than reflective surfaces.

Water I normally use for healing, cleansings, ritual baths and emotional work.

Fire I use for scrying, inspiration spells, insight into my psyche, etc.

Earth I use more seasonally than anything, especially in spring. I use it to cleanse my stones, groundings, bindings, etc.

Air I use for sending messages, mental travel, and sending prayers or spells over; it's probably my least used element.

There's a light house maybe a half an hour's drive from my house, with a very secluded, sheltered beach. I've been up there a few times just to sit, and listen, and watch. There are seals up there, so I always watch for them, and even the gulls are entertaining. I like to wander around in the warm tide pools when the tide is low and look for star fish, or just to enjoy the warm feel of the water on my feet. I've grown up on the ocean, and in recent years I've felt my time where it's just a stone's throw away is drawing to a close.

oh yeah im fire by the way or im such a pyro but i think im also air too but mostly fire , my friend ray said i was air but i think im fire too if not just fire i cant stand not playing with fire or thinking about it somehow

I'm no one single element. I'm all in different ammounts, though air and water are most dominant. Fire shows up when I get annoyed and quickly gets me angered if another part of me doesn't interfere first. So usually I just get annoyed, and not mad. I'm very emotional, mood-swingy and I jump to emotional hurt before anger, thus water. And I'm earth in... very small but constant amounts, I suppose 'cause I'm a capricorn, funny that.

Anyway, if I want to get closer to an element, I simply meditate on it and all the things that element shows to me or how it feels to me. In my personal opinon, spells are over rated and only cause me extra work and stress. Singing is my medium; short, simple, and beautiful.
