I found this site a couple of days ago and I found it quite amusing.
You type in a sentence then it translates it to txt talk and other stuff a "12 year old AOLer" would do. It's a good waste of time, and it's really entertaining to read the stuff it comes up with

This is really very amusing for me. To bad they didn't make a reverse one where you put in the "1337" speak and it gave you normal english.

I wonder how much more difficult it would be to make one like that, since there isn't much consistency in chatspeak.

Yes, it would be great if someone could come up with a "txt tlk" to English translator, though I have a feeling that would require a lot more programming.
