I think they're both good looking in their own way, but I'm more attracted to Cap'n Jack because of his personality.

Captain Jack definitely has a unique style. Johnny Depp was very creative with the character and the outfit is just stunning.

Will Turner has a more traditional but nonetheless good looking style for himself as well. He's in a whole 'nother league than Jack.

But if I had to choose, the unique quality of Jack would win out.

Jack is certainly more flamboyant in his style and appearance whereas Will is more subtle and doesn't try to impress. Both certainly are attractive, though I couldn't tell you which is better looking to me.
