Scar or Hades.
Hades is one of the funniest villians. Every time I watch Hercules I actually sit through all the credits just to hear Hades talking to himself afterwards xD.
But Scar is also cool. I even have a T-shirt from the musical with Scar on it and it says "I'm surrouned by idiots". I love that line.
