I'm expecting Ridley to get more support, but personally I like Kraid!^_^

And to prevent confusion by upgrade Ridley and or Kraid I mean that they will become themselves from a different game in this order.
Metroid(Normal)
Super metroid Ridley/ Super metroid Fake Kraid.
Metroid Zero mission Ridley/ Super Metroid Kraid.
Ridley X/ Zero Mission Kraid.
Meta Ridley/ Beta version of Kraid For Zero Missoion.

Kraid's tougher exterior might make his a formidable foe, but Ridley's ability to take massive damage and keep fighting makes him the better choice.

I'd love to pit the original Kraid (Metroid/Zero Mission) vs. Ridley circa Meroid Prime. I think the original Kraid was a far more formidable foe than Super Metroid's.

But kraid shoots giant spikes out of his stomach...ridley doesn't have pikes on his stomach...and Kraid has a level on Super Smash Bros. that has to count for something.
