After doing this, I tried changing the answers to see which ones are right. I have a question about question 14. I'm pretty sure that punctuation goes outside of quotation marks. Is this a British English vs. US English difference?

I'd say it's the American standard since the author lives in Colorado.

I'm still confused about the whole quotes and punctuation thing. I honestly don't know which way it should be.

"Let's go to the store," said Bob.

I know that's correct. But what about... it's "this and that", not "piss and bat". Do the comma and period belong inside or outside of the quotes?
