I don't like hats either. I think they're uncomfortable. I don't even want to wear them when going hiking, but if it's a school trip then the teachers always make everyone wear a hat to stop them from overheating. In fact, a hat makes my head heat up more because it traps heat.
I was happy when the school staff decided that the hat is no longer part of the senior uniform. (Next week is my very last week at the school anyway, but that's a whole other topic on its own.)

F. Fritzi Butbut... Why do we talk about hats and socks? Well, it's not like we have anything to talk about in General Dicussion. May be we should rename this subforum to "Chatterbox" instead. xd

Socks rock. If you get me on to the topic of socks, though, I'd be on it for hours.
I'm not really a hat person. Ballcaps especially. I did purchase a cowboy (er, cowgirl) hat this summer while at a concert that I do enjoy wearing, though.

The very idea of a chatterbox in an intelligent guild like this one makes my skin crawl. Please, let's not go there. gonk
I always wear baseball caps. My eyes are sensitive to light, so I like to have a visor to protect them.
Last week of school? But it's September!

I love hats. And scarves. I always wear a scarf, even in summer. Strange, no?

Hats? I really don't care. I have fairly long black hair (for a boy, anyways, about 5 to 6 inches), so If I wear a hat, the hat traps the heat. If I don't, my hair traps the heat. Either way, my scalp gets scorched.

I like some types of hats and it would really help if i wore them now that it's getting cold around here (especially in the morning) but for some reason I cant stand them being on my head for too long... They make my head itch because they shift the hairs on my head and next thing you know I'm scratching up a storm. (No it's not lice.... this happens even when I tye my hair up too high on my head or wear clippies)
