Since I'm a little 7th grader, we still do editing on our papers.
Right now, in literacy class, we're writing a paper on what would be one thing you changed about the world. I wrote about people not smoking. [ Man, I should of wrote the world would be a better place if people had better grammar. D: ]. Anyways, my teacher said it's ok to use post-its or write on their paper to edit them.
I find it easier to write on their papers than use post-its to edit stuff. I mean, post-its take up a lot of space, and what if you only had to correct one word? You just wasted a post-it note. D:
So, discuss. -Is it better to use post-its or just write on their paper?

I perfer to have my paper written on directly and to write on the paper of others. I find it better still to use the proper editing symbols. When writing directly onto the paper, corrections can be put in exactly where they need to be done. It just seems more organized than post-its, to me.

should of should have
I'd probably just write the corrections on the person's paper. I don't even know what the hell post-its are.

I think using post-it notes would be quite annoying! As you should double space on your paper, writing on the paper directly with a different colored pen/pencil is the way to go.

Are post-its those yellow sticky notes?
Is it more professional to single or double-space papers? I see advantages and disadvantages in both.
