To counter sorafan's post, Samus is not a robot (And some cyborgs/androids are hot). She is a woman wearing a robotic suit. Peach isn't a slut because she never wears provocative clothing or clothing considered slutty. According to almost every Mario game, Peach is also a princess- not just Zelda. Zelda also has no defined age.

I don't find Zelda very pretty,
Peach is too cartoony-looking to be pretty,
and Samus in skin-tight armor is scary.

But her normal armor is some pretty sweet mech design,
so I guess that makes her the most beautiful...?
