when I saw Gaara fighting with Rock Lee for the first time he seemed kinda creepy.....*shudders* but hes still bangin!!! heartheartheart

Hmm... I'd say Itachi overall.
This newer enemy, Hidan, is also pretty damn creepy.
Neji and Hinata's eyes could be considered creepy... or amazing.
Shikamaru and Kakashi are creepy in a delicious-genius-boy/man sort of fashion... domokun Seriously. A lot of Naruto fans go, "OH IM LIKE THAT" but they aren't. In reality, what they do is very ABNORMAL. And Shikalee likes it muchly. <3
( Shikalee's too scared to say he's creepy in a sexy way. rofl )
Hmmm... And... Well... Yeah, Itachi is number one. I mean, he's a cold-blooded killer. What's creepier than that, except Orochimaru? xD
I'd say that the only person who ups Itachi in the creep factor is Zetsu. first off he's a cannabal and second he's a big plant like thing who looks like he's in a venus flytrap. He's creepy...but awsome.

Have we forgotten about Mr. Aburame Shino? I thought he was creepy in part 1. Just yesterday I thought he might be creepy due to lack of air under his coat. Gaara creeped me out for a very long time, but I'm not slightly freaked by him anymore thanks to his fight with Kimimaro. I haven't seen Zetsu before, but holy crap, he sounds scary from what I read about him in wikipedia....
