Ok, this thread is for your suggestions/recommendations of various things. If you like it, consider suggesting it, this way we can all get a little bit more cultured and maybe discover something new to enjoy.

My first suggestions:

Book: 'Sabriel' by Garth Nix.
Other Bands: Hellogoodbye, The Beatles, The Who, Kaiser Chiefs, Kasabian, Sandi Thom, KT Tunstall, Jack's Mannequin, and Something Corporate.
Song: 'Empire' by Kasabian, or 'All Time Lows' by Hellogoodbye.
Magazine: SPIN Magazine (I think it is only available in North America.)
TV Show: The Amazing Race
