I have never read those books. My dad and one of my best friends has read them. Are they good?

I've read them. But after about 5 books, I found the number of human sexual scenes to mostly dominate the books, and put them down. And the scenes of dragon sex? It's a bit odd to me.
But otherthan that I really love her books. ^_^

Yeah they did... I haven't read that many of them, so I'm not really sure how they all go. I just read the one called "Skys of Pern" and that did have a short sexual section, and I didn't really think that was necisarry but whatever. The dragon scenes were a tad out there, but hey, still good books.
I highly recomend the first three books.

I have not yet read that particular series, however I am planning to purchase one on my next excursion to the bookstore. I have read her series for younger readers, The Harper Hall Trilogy, and although it is obvious what age group they are written for I did enjoy them and they are set in the same world of Pern. Hopefully the other books are enjoyable.
