You sit there and you wonder
Who you’re meant to be
Because you’re always smiling
You can never see
You WANT to scream
You WANT to yell
But every time
You try to cry
The tears just don’t come out.
So you lay they’re
In the dark
Still trying to figure out
Who you’re meant to be
Still trying to decide
Who you’re trying to please…

Although we part
And our paths end
One day, some day
We’ll meet again
Until that day comes
Remember me still
I’ll never forget you
Nobody will.
I promise that I can try
But I don’t know if I’ll succeed
I’ll miss you always
I hope you’ll miss me
The years have been great
The months have flown by
The days have been fun
Leaving us to say goodbye.
The word I underestimated
And the power
Bringing tears
Of hope, fate and love
Leaving us to wonder
Leaving us to cry
Leaving us here
To figure out our life
Some will go to college
Some will stop and stare
Some will make billions
Some will travel everywhere
We’ll make the promise
To stay in touch
But we all know
It just won’t work
No e-mail,
No phone number,
No mobile either
Not any of these can make us still be
Together, forever
But it doesn’t mean that we can’t try
As we sit here and wipe our eyes
