You guys I have a question for ya when Obito gave his Sharingan eye to Kakashi he would have had to transfer some blood correct and with that bit of Uchiha blood inside of him do you think that future generation's of Hatake could survive the mangekyo sharringan cause Obito's blood woould have spread through Kakashi's body mixing in with his normal blood thus somewhat being part of the Uchiha bloodline.

No. A blood transfusion does not change one's DNA. Though I must admit it would be AWESOME if that happened.

I think you may have misunderstood I'm not saying that the Hatake decendent's would have sharringan what I meant is that like aids some of the uchiha blood would be passed down so there could be a posibility of a Hatake surviving a Mangekyo sharingan attack.

Eh. . .
I'm of two minds. As ShikaLee said, a blood transfusion DOES NOT change your DNA, so it should be a straight out no.
However, it's possible that Kakashi himself has mutated because of the eye. His body might have been forced to change itself to adapt to the Sharingan. It's very, very unlikely, though: the fact that Kakashi still can't use the Sharingan properly and takes a lot of strain from using it indicates that his body hasn't addapted to his Sharingan. That means no mutation. And even if he had mutated, I'm not sure it would affect his decendants.
So I'd say. . . still no. There's a small chance, but realistically: no

So it would still be useless to defend against Mangekyou Sharingan.

I believe Naruto isn't on earth and those jutsu only took centuries to develop. So it seems. xd
