These stats, however, were collected from the 2nd Data Book, which takes place BEFORE the time jump. These stats are from the Sasuke Rescue arc (181-200 something...). Anyone guessing who is the strongest RIGHT NOW would be speculating. There is no way to tell. But I run my bets towards STRONGEST (meaning strength) towards Tsunade, Jiraiya, or an Akatsuki member.

It's really hard to say who's the strongest. Akatsuki leader's probably the best choice. I mean, he IS the leader, after all. xd
