That Captain Hurt and Heal

Ok everyone has heard about this. Your given these character and you either hurt or you heal them. Yadda yadda. You're given 3 points to either hurt or heal of your choosing per day, so when I've updated the list and hurt/heal the person of my choosing then we can start over. This game will consist of the 13 Division Captains. Each of the Captains have 15 points already, and can't go above 45 points so once that is reached they can only go down after that. Once they reach 0 however they can't go up they're basically dead.

Is this just to see which have popularity r something??
