Scythes R Us

Okay, so this is more of a song than a poem, but songs are technically poems, right? I wrote this song/poem for one of the characters in Shakespeare's "Julius Ceasar". My 7th grade Hi-Cap class did the play last year. I made up a song/poem for some reason. I actually rhyme for once!
Chorus
I’m Cinna
The poet
With a freaky guitar

My rhymes
Are worth a dime
Because I haven’t the time
To rhyme

Chorus

I’m part of the conspiracy
Cause Cassius had a theroy
That noble Caesar shall die
That noble Caesar shall die

Chorus

I should tell you
I got a big boo
For stabbing Caesar
Who had seizures
I was beat to death
Cause the citizens were on meth
And that’s how I died

Chorus

Thanks for your time
So pay me a dime
For my rhyme
At the tone of the chime

For...
I’m Cinna
The poet
With a freaky guitar
Yes
I’m Cinna
The poet
With a freaky guitar

Cinna the Poet wasn't Cinna the Conspirator, though.

Yeah, I know. But in the play we did we had two Cinnas so we asumed they were one in the same.

So much of the tragedy is lost thus.
