First when he was fighting Jinei, then against Saito, Kenshin's gone back to the Battousai's style of fighting: win quick. Are there any other times his eyes went amber?

Momentarily against Raijuta, and later when he's learning the Amakakeru Ryu no Hirameki
His eyes also go amber for about 30 secs in the movie

You call that cool? ...Okay, so the fight itself was cool. How Kenshin utterly defeated Mr. Broom-head without even a sword was amazing. The topic about his whole reverting-back-to-Battosai ordeal, however, that's not the cool part. It almost broke my heart to see him like that. I say almost because I was very frightened. Honestly, I didn't know Watsuki could make Kenshin more fearful appearing after his thing with Raijuta (when he licks his wound and speaks about the 'real blood'). When Watsuki removed the colored parts of his eyes, thats what was scary. It made Kenshin a demon. Even more scary, he was (practically) a demon 11 years before that and its hard to imagine our loveable broke-looking vegabond as someone with that much wrath-unleashed power. Thus, I do not think that was 'cool'. -lecture lecture lecture criticize criticize criticize- @.@ And I'm not sure on other times his eyes turn amber. I'm not all the way through the series yet, so I haven't noticed any other times that haven't been mentioned...

It seems that Kenshin goes Battosai for a little bit in each of his major battles (and Chou). Looks like he'll never be completely free, but, it's never for very long ^^

Maybe the reason I love Kenshin so much is because I love both sides of him. Kenshin the Rurouni and Kenshin the Battosai. I personally wish there could have been more scenes with him as a Battosai, but I would never want it to be permanent. Like I said, I love them both. I guess I've fallen for both the gentle and kind-hearted Kenshin and the darker, feral Kenshin.
Rurouni:
Battosai:
Yes, yes. I love them both, that I do!
