I was recently watching MTV and on the Best Week Ever it had Daniel Radcliffe on it. I saw him and i was like " OMG Dan is on i gotta watch!" well as i was watching it said Dan was doing another movie so i was totally excited till it said that Dan will be making love to a horse, stripping, cussing (Basically a Porn) and i was like WTF Dan isnt supposed to do that!! i am just so dissapointed in him. it breaks my heart to hear/see him do that. especially because hes tainting himself as an actor with that kind of behavior. what to you guyz think?

I think it's fantastic that he's extending himself as an actor. Far too many child actors have had that held against them basically forever (think Macauly Culkin, the Olsen twins). There's only a few movies left and eventually Harry Potter won't be so popular anymore. He needs to do this kind of thing and the fact that he's chosen such a controversial play (it's a play, not a movie) such as Equus is a really brave and smart move. People hate him for it at the moment, but I honestly think he'll shine.

He's so hot, I totally want to see the play. I think it's good that he's doing it, he's breaking from the Harry Potter mold.

I totally agree with you! I was so shocked to hear that he was going to play a "psycho who has a sexual obsession with horses." He is being paid to simulate sex, which to me, is basically prostitution. He is being a bad role model. If children who love Harry Potter hear about this what are they going to think?
I truly hope he comes to his senses! crying

All I have to say is that when I saw those photos, he looked so pale that his seemed translucent! It was scary. He needs a bit of sun. I know there's not a whole lot of sun in the UK, but he needs some. But he's still hot and is still in dating range for me since I'm four months older than him, so there is still hope.

Equus is actually a well-respected piece of theatre its not "porn". I think its good hes stretching himself out of his comfort zone.

GROSS is all I can say.....it's not a good thing for the young Harry Potter fans.....but if he wants to be doing that, then so be it. He does deserve to branch out a bit.....though not in that way.....

I don't really see the big deal. It seems most child actors do something like this eventually. It's probably just damage control to avoid typecasting.

Harry Potter isn't real, and Daniel Radcliffe is an actor who should be allowed to take on any roles he wants. The fact that he plays fictional characters doesn't make him a role model, and if he wants to do Equus (which is a very long running and famous play) more power to him. That's what he does for a living, he's not the roles he plays.

I think it's an absolutely brilliant for him to break out of the Harry Potter mode- I really didn't want him to be like the other child actors and fizzle out when he grew up....
