It's fifty-five degrees in my house right now and I can't feel my body.
Anyone else have a similar problem?

No. I prefer the cold.

About not feeling, though... Sometimes I'll sleep on my arm funny, which cuts off all circulation. I have absolutely no feeling or muscle control.

It's crazy to ******** around with it then.

I like the cold. It is about 65 in my house and it seems to be a bit to warm for me.

The cold sucks and is depressing. In Washington State, all you see are the clouds and rain, and in the Summer it's just hot enough to be uncomfortable so you can't enjoy the heat while you even get to experience it.

*laughs* I was thinking how much this messes with my four year old. He'll cry out, "Look at my hand, my bones are rubber." crying (poor little guy, but it's so cute to watch him wiggle it around) I remember once my daughter fell asleep in the car seat and woke up screaming, "I can't feel my legs, my legs are gone!" gonk Truly a moment of terror on the highway.

mrgreen Sorry, you made me think of those things and I felt the need to share.

It's warming up here. I like it best in Spring before it gets hot. They don't have AC in most houses or apartments in this state. What the fook?

Most entertaining, though it had to be harrowing at the time.

I wish it would stop being below freezing here at night. Gloves really don't help, and I'm tired of only being able to feel my fingers in the sense that they're really cold and painful.

I hate cold! I'm in the desert, and it gets really cold at night. I prefer warm, but if it goes over 110F I'm sweating.

I love it during monsoon season, though. There are some awesome warm rains and lightning shows.

I'm too temperature-sensitive, I guess.

I live in the basement. It's always about fifty degrees, so I got used to it. My mom has been on vacation for the last week, so I've been staying at my grandparents' house, and they keep it too warm. I wake up every morning laying in a pool of sweat.

My house is old... and cold, which is a good thing in the summer, but in the winter, I will have to wear extra clothing... neutral

I have a room the size of a postage stamp, so the only great spot for my bed is by the window. The house is old, mind you, so the windows let all the cold air in. Also, there's a crack in a couple of them, and a hole where someone shot a BB, and my grandma won't get them fixed. So it's really cold at night. I have a down comforter and blanket on my bed, and it's not even really cold here yet.

I don't like the extreme cold, nor do I like extreme heat, being that I'm from South Texas.

I prefer to curl up with a good book with the room being at least at room temperature.

Extreme heat is awful... but it's even worse when it's HUMID [Japan, this summer... =MURDER], then you can barely breathe.
Cold? Well, Britain isn't exactly on the equator now is it? So I'm used to 'low' temperatures in winter [around the 0-5 degree mark (C)]. However the perpetually cold fingers and toes I have in Japan currently are quite aggravating when I want to draw... T____T

I've turned my heat system down a bit since there's cold weather and all, but it's still hot... -.-;

You guys all live in places that actually get cold during winter. I'm jealous....

We haven't had to use the heater yet. It's probably about sixty degrees outside and almost eighty inside, so I've opened a window. I love winter--mostly because it's the only time of year you can go outside and not cook to death.

It's a desert, and since it's in the city the temperature stays relatively constant from day to night. Asphalt retains heat I guess?
