It's like the Harry Potter books. Some places have banned them and even get together to burn the books because they promote witchcraft which is, apparently, related to the devil and what not.

I don't see how, though, because it's got no refrence to God nor the Devil anywhere in it. It's just a bunch of kids with magical powers destroying evil. How is that bad? xp

Really, when people ban books, it only gives those books publicity, and so more people will go out and read them. For example, some of today's most popular books are "Harry Potter" and "The Da Vinci Code," and both are somehow controversial.

Query: Did they become popular BECAUSE they are controversial?
