First of all, what i the world does this mean, and is it a statement. I need this pronto. It might be something important. *crys* What has this world come to?

First the translation. " Don't forget, Test on Friday". Apparently your English teacher was pulling a kind of joke when writing that message by taking out the vowels and shortening Friday, to backhandedly inform the class to study for it without actually telling them outright. So good luck on your test.
