Pretty basic and easy.
When you get to a low obstacle.....say a low wall or rail or something. Plant one hand on top of the object and swing your body up and over using your free arm to help balance. Shifting your weight to the hand on the object helps.
I was doing this before I even started parkour. So it is very easy.
Again, better if you have visuals. I might buy a new camera one of these months. Not promising anything though.
