Rathak By my opinion, Almost any shoes are good, just make sure they're tight enough so they don't fly off when you're running. And, I think I might advise against the knee and wrist things, because, your body will get used to being supported by them. And then, you won't be able to train without them. The insole that goes inside your shoe looks like it could ease some of the impact off the bones of the feet. So it'll probably help when doing big drops. But the best thing by far is to train all your muscles to be stronger and also more fexible. The wrists and ankles are the ones you'll probably want to focus on. By the way, that's just my opinion just dont bring heavy shoes or else they will get in ur way
