Look's like this chapter will be a flashback to the day Orochimaru tried to take over Itachi or something the page wasn't translated. I'll update when it actually comes out.

I cannot read japanese, but i think that Orochimaru finally gets Sasuke's body. At least, that's what I see when I look at what all happens in the images of this chapter. I'd like to think that Sasuke doesn't get taken over, but I dunno...

Chance's are it's Orochimaru but later Naruto will reach his inner concious and Sasuke will push Orochimaru out then they team up and open up a can of whup a**.

By the chapter cover and just how well it would go in the story, i'd say Orochimaru won for now. Though I expect Sasuke to regain control somtime later.

Honh I doubt it. I think Sasuke might've actually killed him.... I think it's too early for Orochimaru to die.

Actually, (I went back in my collection to read up on Orochimaru), everyone remembers the last guy Orochimaru took, right? You guys remember that Orochimaru was all bandaged up and s**t? If Orochimaru looks like crap and had to be all bandaged up, and Sasuke's body looks normal, then isn't okay to assume that Orochimaru didn't get Sasuke's body?
Oh yeah, on a little side note that's kinda off topic: Isn't the purple snake Orochimaru used against Jiraya and Tsunade named Madara as well? Could it be a coincidence or something else?

I knew that this is how the Chapter was going to end. Sasuke has control. Orochimaru is not dead, Kabuto will figure something out and then there will be another Orochimaru vs Sasuke battle in the future....but I think there will be an added twist to it. During the fight between Itachi and Sasuke, Orochimaru will somehow get involved and try to take over one of there bodies.
Orochimaru can not be dead just yet, but he still can't beat an Uchiha.

The chapter:
A picture of Orochimaru with his arms around Sasuke and his tongue all over him. Lol.
Sasuke thinks he kills Orochimaru, but is affected by the poison of the white snake. He is transported to an alternate dimension inside Orochimaru, where the transfer ritual is performed. Sasuke activated his sharingan.
Orochimaru remembers when he was in Akatsuki, and Itachi trapped him in a genjutsu using sharingan. Orochimaru expresses concern that Sasuke is doing the same thing to him, but laughs and says no one can escape once they've entered the dimension.
In the "kitchen", Kabuto is making the meds. He says Orochimaru has to transfer bodies soon, goes back to his room, and sees blood. When he looks inside, he sees Sasuke standing next to a dead OrochimaruSnake. "Sasuke" says only Kabuto's name, and walks past him out of the room. Kabuto asks him "Which one are you?", and the chapter ends.
If Orochimaru is really dead, which I seriously hope he's not, it will be the lamest villain death ever.

The really sad thing is, is that we probaly wont find out if its Sasuke or Orochimaru for another 3-4 chapters. =(

Actually check out chapters: 201, 216 and some chapters after that, showing Orochimaru in bandages after taking his last victim. Remember the reason why we had the two year skip? It was because Orochimaru had already taken another host. And that host was all bandaged up after the ritual, so maybe Sasuke's body isn't being controlled by Kabuto. PLUS, Sasuke doesn't have a reason to kill Kabuto, that's why he's not dead yet. But I disagree with Mr._Stabby. I think we'll see the actual conclusion of this fight next chapter.

I've always thought that Orochimaru does the bandage thing after jumping bodies because he's got to slap his own face on over the one belonging to the host body. Like. . . plastic surgery. Sorta. On the other hand, maybe he just doesn't feel the need to with Sasuke's body. Keeping it in it's original form means he can move about without his major enemies recognizing him. And as an added bonus, he no longer looks like Micheal Jackson and KISS's crack baby. Or maybe he's just teh dead. sad I hope not.
