First: overall feelings on the Ravinica block...

Second: opinions on the Guild system...

hmmmm... i like the ravnica set. i enjoy the guilds as they combine the colors to make insane strategems. my favorite being rakdos. as red and black have always been my two best colors.

Simic/Izzet/Dimir for me.
(Though I do have a Selenya deck, it sucks noodles.)

Rakdos for me. I have the big man but i never use him, based the deck arround hell bent. Ive pulled off turn 3 wins before.....or was that my slivers

it was a good set and i did like the guilds they had a interesting blend and combos

I loved the Ravinica block. The shock lands are great, and I enjoyed the use of Blue and Black. Plus it also goes well with coldsnap and Timespirial.

Up in the sky! It's a Bird! It's a Plane! It's...! Oh my god! A Hypontic Specter, and It made me discard my last Counter twisted twisted

I absolutely enjoyed Ravnica block as a whole, and thought the guild system to be a jolly good idea. heart I would love to see a return to it someday in the future. ^_^

My overall favorite is the Boros, followed closely by the Gruul.

I have to chime in for the Azorius. The sheer power and subtlely of white and blue... it speaks volumes for the Guildpact. I loved the books; they were one of my favorite cycles.

I tend to think that the guild leader cards are a let down. Especially Szadek.

I'd have loved to have seen a Simic leader with a grossly broken effect.

I like the Selesnya guild. Green/White is the best. I would love to see the guild system to come back.

my infini damage deck is based on izzet guid mage.......needless to say, evey body probably knows my strategem....

Tricolors are great, but pairs works for more flexibility since you are not normally limited on mana as a tri deck.
