Editing: You probably already know what I'm going to say. Timing. Timing. And...Timing. The beginning of the song is perfect for straight cuts. The scenes aren't matching up well to the lyrics...most of them feel like they were picked at random.
Footage: The quality was awful. It's so grainy! And the DivX logo in the bottom corner a BIG NONO! And then came...the subs. stare
Resolution: I think you just need to take more time on your videos. Take a week ((at least)) and sit down with one and work on it until you think it's perfect -- never once settle for "Well...I guess that'll do"

Editing: Alright. It looks like you tried to time this time. The one thing I have to say is to be constant with your flashes. Sometimes they flash on every beat and then sometimes they only catch a few. By the middle of the video you've abandoned them all together! The best thing to do with flashes and fades like that is to be cohesive. If you start to flash on every beat you need to do it for the entire video. If you choose to flash on every other beat you need to do so for the whole video.
Footage: Again! Why is the quality so horrible?! What happened to the quality you had in your Trigun video? Grainy. DivX logo. SUBS! scream
Resolution: Get the DVD rips when editing. Even if you work for a year on the video if you have poor quality footage the video will not be worthwhile in the end.

Wow. This needs ALOT of work.
Editing: This is a type of song --an instrumental-- that needs perfect timing. There's no vocals to hide missed beats under. Half of your scene changes and fades are off. They either start early or late.
Footage: AGAIN! ((3x)) This is the worst quality I've seen yet. It looks like someone taped it onto a VHS off of the telly, put the tape into the washing machine, tranferred it to another VHS tape, tossed that tape down the well, pulled it back out, jumped on it a few times, and then somehow got it onto their computer. What are all the logos?! You have the Cartoon Network logo, "SSJ4 Trunks" shows up in the top conrner in a good chunk of the scenes, Other various typing shows up in the tops corner. I mean if you are going to edit seriously you need to invest in the DVDs.
Resolution: Get the DVDs. Remake it. Sorry, there's no nicer way to put it. With that kind of footage quality you can't get an awesome video out of it. Unless you tried to further distort it to make it look like it was bad on purpose....but even then, you're pushing it.
