Banner Call!

Super sexy awesome banner transformation sequence go!

All right, fellow guild members and staff colleagues, I beseech to thee a quest! About our current guild banner, specifically. Not the big one you see in full on the Guild Home, but the little version ya see in the corner at the top.



That is what it should look like, but it's actually too big, which means it's cut down. Quite frankly, that makes it look pretty ugly, and Seto's faces get cut to pieces. Ew. Plus, the font is a bit tough to read at that size.

Proper dimensions are about 200x40 pixels, but banners can be smaller. Right now, ours is 243x81, thus the cause of its buttugliness.

So what am I calling for? Good question. I wanna see some creativity from our members (and even the staff) to make a smaller better banner to present ourselves with. Basically, a banner contest. Mind you, this is just a personal endeavor; I haven't spoken with the staff at all about this.

But what are you looking at? Go get some spiffy Seto stuff, and pour your love and creativity into a 200x40 pic! Snap to it!

Yeah, but that will make the fonts harder to read, and Seto's faces aren't going to look too good.

It's not too late. There was no date set for a reason.

Of Sana's banner the only thing I'd question is the font... but that's tolerable.

Of Linkgirl's banners the only thing wrong is the "Seto Kaiba" needs to be in traditional Japanese form of surname first, and may need the "official" in it. But they're a wonderful set of banners.

I cannot animate banners, because I have not found out how... yet. twisted Mwuhahahahahahahahahahaha. However, in my experiments, I found out the powers of layering. I do mean this, of course, because I don't read up on how to use Adobe Photoshop. I just assume I can't do anything professionally. XD! However, here it is. My banner, which took like half an hour or something minimum.
