There seem to be so many kinds of goths running around and it would be of value to see all the shades of black. I, myself am at heart a decadant Victorian era clothing kinda guy but it is just not practical to wear such outfits in every circumstance, that said, my style becomes slightly influenced by the underground visuel kei j-punk rock scene. I hope I've covered all the biggies in the poll, it's difficult too because it is all revelant ambivolence these grey areas. Enjoy!

I think there should be a "bat" or 80's-gothic-rock-goth option. Or is bat under "Old School/living dead"?

Well for me it all depends on if i'm going to a party. Whenever I go to partys i'm always dressed up as a graver but in regular days I fancy corsets and slacks or a skirt. I'm not much of a skirt person and I don't have any REALLY nice ones yet so usually I tend to wear slacks.

I prefer being dynamic. I don't cookie-cut myself to one "look".

I'm not Derek Zoolander.

My style isn't any of the above, but a instead is a blend of old and new.

A lot of my dresses are reminiscent of the 18th, 19th, and early 20th centuries, but some have a modern twist. For example I have a dress similar to an 18th century ball gown, but the bottom is a knee-length handkerchief styled skirt. Generally I stick to the clothing of the aforementioned periods, but on a rare occassion you can catch me dressing down and wearing a more 'sterotypical high school goth' outfit, consisting of an above-the-knee skirt, t-shirt, and stripey socks.

-nibbles finger and looks thoughtfully- My flavor... blueberry. My style? A wild mix of whatever I can afford. But I love getting ideas from Visual Kei bands.

I like the punk rock styles... but I also have an interest in the victorian styles and professional goth styles (as somewhat evidenced by my avi)
