An Awesome site! It's in French though. It's where I got all the dates and the pictures, except Watase's self-portrait, which is from Wikipedia, though it's also on Tasuki no Miko's page, so I think it probably originated there.

This woman has a knack for churning out wonderful stories. Ayashi no Ceres was amazing in terms of storyline, Alice 19th--while its mahou shoujo storyline didn't grab me--had some fantastic characters, Fushigi Yuugi and its retcon prequel Genbu Kaiden is a fantasy epic masterwork, etc. She's just a highly, highly talented woman.

And this is going on a bit of a rant, but if you ask me, she's one of the only mangaka whose works runs in Sho-Comi that keeps the bi-monthly magazine worth reading. Most of the stuff that runs in that magazine (aherm, bi-monthly doorstop) is dreck (no, not a big fan of Shinjou Mayu here).

Oh wait, I forgot... her stuff no longer runs in that magazine, it now runs in its own little private mag now (Perfect World for Genbu Kaiden) and in Rinka magazine (Sakura Gari). (Not to take a nasty little jab at Sho-Comi or anything, but Hana to Yume is where it's at. wink )

I know someone has scanlated Suna no Tiara, Epotrance Mai!, and Pajama de Ojama, but I can't remember where I found them.

But I think I remember hearing that Suna no Tiara has been licensed...correct me if I'm seriously wrong... confused
