I've never really liked him until the last book. I almost cried when Harry did that spell on him in the bathroom [I don't want to give anything away for those who haven't read it yet haha].

Tom is a pretty good actor, he's always sort of annoyed me which is really what his job is, considering his character.

Sorry but I'm not a big fan of any of Harry's enemies. I don't really like to be a fan of someone just because of their looks anyways.

Tom Felton though is a good actor and has played Draco very well throughout the movies.
