The Ocean

Welcome to the Ocean. . .

The Ocean is a vast body of water, the water undrinkable, filled with large groups of fish.
There are various piles of rocks and shallow areas of ocean water with starfish and other plants and animals and the occasional trees.
The Ocean is popular for the sun setting scenes and the calmness that seems to just drift along the beach and shore.
The Ocean is certainly the place to go if you want to hang out with friends, swim in the salty water, or go shell hunting.

Akina walked on the beach, the sand feeling good on her paws. Looking up she felt the greyish light purplish fur that clung to her body. Shaking her fur she continued down the beach, jumping on a wet rock and to another. Slipping here and there. She had a rare smile upon her maw as the fea jumped from the rocks and walked down the beach again. The sand sticking to her wet paws.

 

[The Reality Key]

As Fayte left the clearing he wandered onto the shores. There were lots of shady areas he could rest, but decided to bask in the sunlight. It felt good on his wolven fur. It felt as if there was nobody around to bother him. He noticed a lone Fae jumping from the rocks onto the beach. Her maw seemed to tilt up into a smile. He didn't know, but he felt that he would need to fine Kiros soon. He sniffed the air, but didn't expect to find the scent. His nose couldn't detect the scent, so he just laid on his side and let the sun warn his fur.{{Will that work?}}

(( Hey Key, sorry to tell you but the Lagoon is no longer part of the ocean thread. We are making the Lagoon its own thread soon. If you still want to roleplay in the Lagoon you'll have to wait till it is done or.. you can continue to roleplay at the Ocean or.. do both. :] ))

Kaiya wandered silently down the shores edge, just barely walking in the thin kine of water, deep in thought. A sudden urge to run came over her and she took off down the beach, grinning as the breeze blew through her fur.

Kalten stood alone on the uneven and cold surface of the rock, frozen by fear and confusion of this new place.
He had travelled far in these lands, trying to escape the demons that had imprisoned his parents and split his family apart. His paws were quite worn from travelling and they had finally led him here..
to the borders of the lands. The ocean.
This water was strange to him and it carried a cool, salty mist.. something he was greatly unfamiliar of. It's current seemed to move in patterns, yet it was strong. The waves were rather frightening, and they crashed into the rock he stood upon, drenching his fur. He disliked this deep, barbaric water.. though he stood now upon this rock, unsure of how to escape the threats of the waves that nearly took him in at each strike. The nearest rock was not too far away and he was a good swimmer- for he had been introduced to water early in his life when he had fallen several times from the cave.. his old home.. behind the waterfall. He had swam through the water to reach this rock he stood upon now but that time, the strong water nearly took his life.
Another wave crashed at the rock, and he would have slipped and fell off if it weren't for his paws that grasped the rock so intently..
..wishing not to be taken by the sea.

Looking at her sandy paws she sighed. She forgot how messy you could get at the ocean. Shaking her fur once more she watched as tiny bits of sand fly and land somewhere else. She was going to take a long bath after today. Walking towards the foamy water she stepped into it and stopped when she was about md-leg deep. The power of the water was strong and it always amzed her. It was always either trying to drag her to the oceans depths or try to push her back onto shore.
The ocean was a great way to show how powerful water could be.
Going a little deeper she tries to look into the salty liquid but, it was not clear like the lake or rivers. Akina sighed, another mystery about the water. Nobody knew what it held. Feeling damp sand, shells, and rocks beneath her paws she stood still. Her fur getting damp from the water she was standing in. Feeling the rocks and shells graze her fur as the rushed passed her when the currents came then retreated back. It was so hard not to feel calm here. So, she just closed her black eyes and stood there. Letting her inner mental walls collapse.
For now. . .

Getting up from the warm comfort of the sand, he shook off and started left the beach. He was headed to the ruins, for that was the only place he hadn't searched for Kiros at yet.

With a shake, Kaiya ran full into the water. The sparkling water soaking her fur and cooling her. Quickley she glanced back at the shore to see others inspecting their surroundings. Giving a lonh howl she grinned towards the shores edge.

Meena was sleeping on a rock facing the water she heard the howl and let one out jioning in. she got up and jumped off the rock and walked twords the howling wolf

Kaiya watched the wolf running towards her and let out a happy yip. "Meena! It's nice to see you again!" She cried, running towards the other.

"kaiya nice to see you!" she yelped jumping happily wagging her tail she ran at kaiya and licked her face"how are you?"she barked

Grinning, she laughed. "I can't get any better!" She exclaimed, her tail wagging furiously at the sight of her friend.

Jinn sniffed around the beach. He was still getting used to his new life with the pack. He jumped back as a crab snipped at his nose. He walked around it with his ears back and then continued along the edge of the waves.

"I missed you. Ive been fooling around Karu he is such a moose brain"she laught wagging her tail like crazy like her friend.
