Description:
night sky/ocean theme
Half will look like an ocean and half will be stars. The ocean side will be by its head. She will have an angler fish dangly type horn<33. And there will be a fish swimming to the star side of her body, so half the fish looks like a constellation ^_^. Her mane will be waves, and her tail will be nebulous clouds. A starfish as a pendant necklace. Also, a peice of seaweed dangles from behind the ear facing us.
