The Desert Eagle is definitely a Magnum Research design. IMO just cleaned a few things up, but it's still MR.

I actually think it's kinda cool, no lie. Useless in combat, but awesome.
The frequency of jams throws me off more than anything else, really. Also the fact that .50AE is the only safe round you can put through it. Lots of .44 and .357 is solid lead, and because the DEagle is GAS powered (cute, but not a good idea for exactly this reason), it plugs the gas hole with lead if you use cast rounds, and you have to get it out with a dental pick or something.
Its a concept gun that happened to get popular. It was made for specific application and use. There are plenty of jacketed hp loads of .357 and .44 out there, so running cast through it is your own stupidity.

I'm not defending it for use in combat, just reminding what it is.
It's an INCREDIBLE concept gun, actually. A gas powered pistol is really odd, and chambering one in popular magnum rounds while keeping its size usable is a really neat experiment. It just failed to die as it should have, in the .50 Caliber Hall of Fame next to the Triple-Action Thunder, the Maadi-Griffin, and the .17-50 BMG.

.50AE is a good cartridge though. More should be done with it. Carbines and such.

I don't know what it's called off the top of my head, but I know it's a three shot pump action 40mm grenade launcher.

Correct. I don't know the model name, I don't know if it ever HAD a model name, but the only thing left is the manufacturer. Guesses?

ETA: Holy s**t, they're going back into production again. Also, it had two model names, and I'll take either. I didn't even know they existed until today though.

The 40mm was the Airtronic China Lake NATIC. Sounds like an acronym, but I dunno what it stands for.

Armas, I have honestly no idea, but it's undeniably Soviet.

One more though:

Yeah, that's a laser sight. Standard on the gun.

Hints: this gun was mounted on a special frame in WWII to train aircraft gunners to shoot at moving targets.

Soooooo close. I'll just say you got it. It is actually a Remington 11. The way you can tell is that the wood on the Remington comes up, where a Browning just ends. That and the trigger, but you couldn't see that in this pic anyways. Basically the same thing. Nice going.
