Only if they're racing stripes. And they have to be red. Everyone knows that red is the fastest color.

Well, Jasper was last mentioned before the timeskip-rest. He could either have wandered off while the others were resting, woke up late and got lost trying to find everyone else who somehow didn't realize he was missing, or just go with the assumption that he followed them and all. Your choice.
