Old Blood

[Issac Avvyien]

Aviera ghosted up to the window and saw her entire display of emotional outburst flash across her face, it was amusing to watch a mortal fight with itself. He now crouched on the window ledge only a few centimeters infront of her and waited for her to acknowledge him. He slipped past her when that failed and stood in the center of the room. "Vondel." He whispered. "Shall we take our leave?"

Airabella turned at his voice and nearly screamed she was so taken by shock. her heart froze in her chest when she saw him unable to ignore his beauty. she turned her eyes away from him and looked for the other leader to appear in the hall. her heart beat fast as she thought about wat they would do with her . . . kill her here now? take her with them? let her go? she already new the last wasnt going to happen they had already said so them selves. she stud face blanke as she waited there decione. ready to put up a fight if it came to it. she kept her mind blanke or she tried to. but her eyes betrayed her and they drifted to Aviera. she took in his entire presence. Intimedation was the first feeling and then the sense or feeling of being . . alone? follwed by the unavoidable beauty. ' why on earth would osmeone like him ever be alon? hes the vampire top dog, who happens to have a best buddie. . but its still thee i feel it...' after that she kept her eyes straight ahead to the hall  

[Tachi Zotura]

Vondel walked into the room, nodding to Aviera and looking at Bella. Vondel actually considered letting this human go. But that wasn't an option. So he could kill har or let her live and bring her with them. He had already decided with Hikaru. He would bring her. Even Grimm took a liking to her. Vondel returned his gaze to Bella. "Aviera, I would like you thoughts on this. What if we were to bring Bella here along for the ride? It could be fun and she is in no way helpless. What do you think?" In those words he had made up his mind. He wanted to bring her along.

Even though he had compleated his mission, Grimm still stood by Hikaru, keeping a protective stance. He didn't put much mind on what would happen to the human, for he had not much care. But then he relised that this would be the first time she saw him. Grimm prepared for the normal greeting of discust and fear that he usualy endured form others.

Aviera turned and smiled at Grimm welcomeing him in. He gazed at the human and simply flashed a smile as well and turned away. "What happens to her is your choice." He whispered and walked into the other room for a glass of water. "She may make a good blood bank if things go wrong." He let out a laugh and downed the glass before setting it on the counter and walking back out. His kitten remained unseen it seemed to everyone, it was sitting quietly on his shoulder and only moved down into his arms when he leaned against the wall and reached up to pet it.

Hikaru had walked silently at Grimm's side, thinking about his memories, it has reminded her so much of her own, she had no idea if the connection was still present, or of he could look into her mind, though she could remember herself as a child, alone and teased on by all the others, being outcast for being different, though she never had somebody such as Vondel to step into her life, and she looked to Grimm and gave him a smile before they had reached the house, she was almost jealous that he had found somebody such as Vondel, but she was happy for him at the same time. Though she stiffined a bit at his feeling of preperations as they entered the building, she couldn't match it though it felt almost as if he expected something to happen. She was rather happy as Grimm had stayed by her side, and smiled at Bella a bit, glad to see she was relativly unharmed.

Anger had returned to Bella at the remark of blood bank. 'how dare you' she thought 'just because u got lucky once dosnt mean itll happen again EVER' she glared intently at him, that is untell somthing small moved into his arms. her expression softedn ever so slightly. 'a kitten?' she thouht 'yes i think that is wat a kitten is supposed to look like.' she tried to remeber the pictures she had seen as they drownded her in pop cultur and other things that would be normal to anyone elese. her mind blanked out Aviera so she had forgotten that it was him holding the ball of fluff. she uncousiously full of curiousity walked over to him and beggan topet the kitten. it purred and she couldnt help but smile. "awe how cute." she kissed it on the top of its head and it rubbed its head under her chin. without really thinking she scooped up into her arms were it seemed quite content purring as she pet it. reality flooded her in aninstent as she noticed Hikaru. she actedas if she hadnt noticed and blushed head down. she stepped a foot away from him and sat on the couch with the kitten. ' dont kill me' she pleaded to herself 'for taking ur kitten' she almost laghed inspite of herself at that thought. she looked in hikarus dertcion and smiled back. hoping she would have her side if Vondels choice was . . . unpleasent. she had feeling she was going to be stuck with them for some time though. . . looking at hikaru she saw a new. . . face? it was covernd in bandages so she couldnt reealy see it. infact his whole body was and she was a lilttle shocked to see that, but she merely looked at him with curiousty and nothing more.

Aviera gave a small snarl but didnt move to retrieve the kitten. He simply turned away and walked into the other room. tensed and angered by the human. "Little betch." He hissed pacing her room as he looked for weapons to bring with them. He was more than positive a hunter would have a stash some where.

Hikaru gave a small chuckle as Bella had enveloped herself in the kitten, petting and stroking it so before she had noticed her and grimm. She just stood there next to Grimm for the time being, feeling comfortable as she was, she didn't see the need in moving as of yet. Though she could hear Aviera curse in the other room, she doubted that Bella could hear him but didn't put it past the girl. She could hear the foot falls of Aviera as he paced and did her best not to chuckle at it, looking away to try to distract her mind.

she smiled at his snarl. "was he being mean to u, u poor lil thing" she coed to the kitten. "hes a mean ol'vampire isnt he" she continued mauling the kittin who was loving it. she ignord his curse. the kitten was practicully clinging to her like a baby. "hey as*hole, look under the floor in the closet if ur looking for weapons. or if ur being a pervert the underwear drawer is the top one on the dresser." she smirked to herself. 'wat goes around comes around'  

[Tachi Zotura]

Vondel shrugged. "Well looks like we have a new compainion then. We will see about changing her later. I dont want to deal with it now. As for you Grimm, Im glad to see you back. I trust you did well?" Vondel tilted his head slightly, listening to Grimm speak. No one other then them would hear it, but it made for a funny sight. "Looks like we will be leaving very soo-" Vondel's head snapped to the side, his eyes growing wide and then narrowing into slits as a harsh snarl ripped from him. "We have company! Looks like those human's wanted to make sure Bella was dead." instently the house was enveloped in smoke and humans. Vondel slashed the first two to grab him, spilling their blood everywhere. One dagger bit harshly into his back, only to be torn away as Grimm ripped him to peices. Vondel fell to his knees, feeling the silver snake through his system. Luckaly he was old enough for it only to stun him for a small time. He got back up and beheaded the next closest human and digging his claws into the throut of another.

Grimm fought wildly, ripping humans in two and many more peices, trying to keep them away from Hikaru and Vondel. One made it past him and stabbed his master. With a hiss of outrage, his cloth unravled from his face. A huge jaw, dominating most of his face, clamped down on the human and Grimm devoured him. The humans were now not to keen on attacking him as he growled at any trying to Attack Vondel. There was a twinge of misery at how Hikaru would now see him. And the Bella Human at that. They would hate him now and that distracted him enough to take a silver dagger to the gut. Grimm let out a shriek of pain, only to bring his jaws down on the human's head, killing him. But after that Grimm colapsed to the floor unmoving.

The door that blocked Aviera from the others exploded creating a gap within the wall as well, he hadn't even touched the thick would yet it heeded to his call and moved itself. The flying pieces of wood caused the hunters that had attacked his comrades to turn and look at him, if that didn't the ripping snarl that errrupted from inside him did, and the second they did they all dropped to the floor clutching there heads. He walked to the middle of the room as screams errupted around him. His attack wasn't focused and hit Bella and Hikaru as well but he soon pulled back from them and focused all his thoughts on their attackers. His eyes darkened as he lost all sight of the world around him. Red glowing dots surrounded him showing him where his enemies lay curled on the floor and the white orbs, his friends. If he could call some of them that. He knelt down beside Grimm and used a fang to cut open his hand tensing he held it over his wound letting the blood drip into it. It would hopefully clear the silver from his system. He turned to Vondel next and put his hand over his friends mouth forcing him to taste his blood. Keeping the hunters at bay was bad enough but doing this was getting to much. He was probably the only Vampire with this much power though and as he felt his blood rush he snarled again and a final surge of power errupted out of him causing all of those under his influence's minds to... well melt, would be one way to put it but he could promise that not one of them would have lived. He dropped down beside his friend soon after exhausted from useing his power that severly. Something he hadn't done in a long time.

Bella had sensed them just as soon as Vondel hadquickly she hid the kiten in the couch and kicked the first hunter that came near her under the jaw and broke his neck. they werent playing friendly even to her. she pulled her gun and shot alot though the heart. she watched vondel fall and was about to go to him when Aviera blasted the wall, his attack brought her to her knees but it quickly dissapated and she was back to fighting. she watched as Aviera made to sve Vondel and the other and noticed him loosing strenght she went to there aid defending them, and let out a blast of energy to knock the last coupld down and she shot them. worried she turned to Aviera Vondel and the bandeged one ot see if they were ok. she really was worreid about them and not her so called commrads that she had just killed  

[Tachi Zotura]

Vondel took the blood and felt better already. Once the attackers were dead he helped Aviera over to the still intact couch and made him confortible. He immedietly went to Grimm's side, fretting over every little thing. He cleared the would and made sure Grimm was breathing. Still, Grimm's breathing was short and irregular. He would make it but only because of Aviera's blood. "Damn that was unexpected. Looks like we need to move before more come. Aviera can you walk?" Vondel picked the limp Grimm up stood in the now broken window. "Ill get a team to clean this up once we are safe from here."

Aviera groaned and sat up slowly. "Walk... can i.. if I need to yes, but I wont make it very far.... not enough.." He slipped and fell back into the couch then fought to get up again. "God damn it." He hissed slowly pulling himself back up. The kitten ran out and jumpped up onto the couch and started whining and lifting his arm with her head. He couldnt help but smile and pet her. "Lets go." He muttered standing and moving towards the window looking slightly drunk. "If we dont now I wont be able to." He vanished outside wasting more power and when he landed took off towards the forest.

Hikaru had heard the humans approaching as well and had gotten to claw out a few of their throats, she would have liked to change though it all happened too quickly, she had noticed how grimm had killed a few of them, and she smiled. Though when he went down she was the first to his side, though stayed clear of Vondel's path. Though the second that Vondel picked him up she nearly snatched grim from his arm's, holding Grimm in her own "I'll take him" she said "Save your strength" her eyes shone brightly "We best be off unless you want to fall behind your buddy" she muttered as she leaped out of the window, following Aviera's scent trail and nothing more, holding Grimm close to her.
