A snarl escaped Ulferic as the girl invaded his personal space and threatened him, then smacked his bottom and scampered off. His hands clench into fists, then he glances at Monster out of the corner of his eye, smirking slightly when he noticed the blush. "So, I'm assuming that was your sister then? And she'll make sure that your mom and my aunt don't come looking for you then if so, right?"

Monster's paws clinch the edge of his cape as Xella talks. Every so often glancing at the hidden path to Lina's. Only have listening until she place her paw on his shoulder, only to then make her lewd little comment. She was around randy little demon boys too much was his reasoning for it and is about to tell her she should run away from the boy she was always with when she moves past him, closer to Ulferic now.
He was nervous. Knowing how overprotective she was of him, he was worried she might say something that would just piss Ulferic off too much. He blushes a little at her action as she leaves, but then sighs a little in relief when Ulferic didn't attack her for it. He looks at him when and nods a little to answer.
"She seemed suspicious, but I think only towards you. I'm sure my mom and Luna will hear of it soon enough. So we don't really need to go to Hemlock now. But I don't know where to start. I would say Ein Sof's temple, but we might run into Luna there. And I really do not want to go to her temple, not with how my mother talks about her, and Miss Lina Inverse seems to dislike her too."

Ulferic flicks his tail a couple times, then heaves a sigh, forcing his anger at the strange girl touching him away for the moment. "Yes, from what my mom has said, it would be best we avoid that temple at all costs. I'm not sure where else to look, or even begin looking, however." He taps his chin in thought, then runs a clawed hand through his messed up hair. "Do you have any idea of where you'd like to look first then?"

"Hm.." Monster lets go of his cape and thinks for a bit. "Perhaps to the town the fight was at? Saloon.. no.. Sailute.. I know my mom said it before. Although her stories never involved Xellos." He says his name with a bit of spite. and then it turns to anger as he says the next name. "But I do know about Carlos .... Wait. Carlos. The demon that hurt my mother at that viking town is the same demon in the roamers I have heard about the priest.. about Xellos. He use to work with him?" His hands clinch. Not knowing why he was doing this now. Seems more he learns about the man the more he is glade he is dead. "No... maybe it is a different Carlos. It does sound like a pretty common name."

Ulferic raises an eyebrow at the others hatred, then nods. "Saillune it is then. Here's hoping we don't run into the rulers of the area. Mother said they were a bunch of justice freak crazies there." He frowns again, then tilts his head slightly. "Alright, so, let's head to Saillune then and see if we can dig anything up. Mom said it was the old Temple of Justice the final battle took place in, so we might see about digging around there once we get there."

Rivas walked slowly through the forest, his hands gently brushing the trees as he went. Though his bright pink fur stood out in the woods, unlike the more muted browns of his father and brothers, he was still a Wazzit, and still an Earth mage. He loved a peaceful, earthy place like this. To his mind, there was nothing better.

Almond Mousey yawns and curls up to sleep under a large, mottled brown and green bush, tail curling up over his face. He'd come out to find a quiet place to nap, and he'd found it, or so he'd thought, but he had no idea it lay in Rivas' path.

Rivas was paying far more attention to the environment than to what was in front of him. His eyes focused on the bush itself, he failed to notice the fae curled underneath...until he rather embarrassingly found himself tripping over something rather warm and solid. He expected it to be a branch-no, a branch he would have noticed. The brightly-colored Wazzit looked back to see what had sent him tumbling.

Almond is suddenly jolted awake as someone's clawed foot hits him in the face, managing to somehow get around his tail and pop him right in the nose. He sits up with a snarl, one paw over his face, the other swinging blindly at whatever had kicked him.

Rivas did a quick roll, but not quick enough to avoid being hit by the angry Fae. He looked horrified as he put two and two together and realized that this must be what-or, rather, who he had tripped over. "So sorry!" He gasped. "I didn't mean to..." 'Obviously,' he thought to himself irately.

Almond scowls at the Wazzit, contemplating smacking the other again, but doesn't. Instead, he takes a deep breath to calm himself, then glares sternly at the other. "Did you never learn to watch where you were going, you big footed oaf?!" There, that was as nice as he could be, at the moment. Although he knew if his mother had been around, she'd have tanned his hide for speaking that way.

Rivas flinched a little at the "big-footed oaf" comment...not that it wasn't true. "I know how to watch where I'm going," he said, "though I'm not sure how I'm supposed to see someone hiding under a bush, especially with such natural camouflage." He gestured to the Baddie, a little irritated himself.

It was Almond's turn to flinch slightly now and he grumbles slightly, crossing his arms over his chest. "This was the perfect out of the way place to take a nap. Nobody would have bothered me, on a normal day, that is." He frowns, then sighs and runs a paw over his face. "Tch... Forget what I said earlier and let's just... start over... I'm sorry for being an a**. Damn, ma would have had my hide if she'd heard all of what I said. I'm... not what you'd call a normal baddie. My mom, who is a Reg, raised me when my dead-beat dad left us without a word. Name's Almond Mousey. I do have a habit of stealing things, and according to my mom, I get that from my dad, Dark Mousey."

Rivas couldn't help but acknowledge the truth in what the Baddie had said, at least in his mind. Under a bush usually would be a nice place to sleep. "Apology accepted; I'm sorry for tripping on you." The Wazzit gave an amused grin. "My dad's not...a deadbeat, really, he just has no concept of 'monogamy.' Chases every cute skirt he sees, but he does do his part with us kids. I'm Rivas." He held out a hand. The name of Almond's father rang a bell in his brain. "Dark Mousey. Sounds familiar." He commented offhand.

Almond raises an eyebrow at that, cautiously accepting the Wazzit's hand. Looking over the other, he frowns slightly, noticing that the Wazzit was much larger than himself. If it had come do blows between them, he was sure he'd have gotten his a** handed to him rather quickly. "Ma says he's the best thief in the world." He shrugs slightly at that. "I think she's just still in love with him, even though neither of us have seen him for a few years now. Not a word back either. So, I know I don't consider him family, or even alive anymore. My ma's a... good person. Sees past everyone's faults and believes the best in them. Even if there's nothing really good about the best in them." He shrugs again. "Rivas, hrm? Least you aren't named after a food."
