He opened his hand and green flames leap to life."Its much hoter than red and blue fire but no where near white." He said and with hearing the young man remark he shot a stream of fire righ past the boys face lightly singing any hair on that side of his face. "You tell me if it burns." He knew it burned his own flames let there mark on his left are when her first begin bending. Teskci was losing his calm.

Cairo paused long enough to register that something had singed the side of his face. He looked back to Mari, who didn't warp or buzz with her surroundings. But saw another man, one he had to remind himself was real, staring him down. He looked back out to the other person he saw in the distance, and saw he made an ice statue. A dragon. Then he looked back at the man who had to remember was real and saw him turn into a dragon. A dragon by Mari. A dragon who scorched him. He took off his sunglasses and peered into the sudden brightness. "Did. You. Just. ********. Burn me? Dragon!" he nearly shouted.

Mari gasped. "W-wait! He doesn't mean it! H-he has a condition, and sometimes his medicine makes him a little wonky. Just ignore him for now," she scrambled to excuse Cairo's behavior. She prayed in her head that Cairo would get himself under control before he picked a fight with these people. He always seemed to get himself into fights. "H-hang on," she stammered and went to Cairo. Once she reached her friend she placed a hand on each side of his face and looked into his eyes. His pupils were awfully large. "Ro, do you see me? You are picking fights again. Go find your water. You need to center yourself," she whispered to him.

"But, that... the dragon. He'll...." he stammered and looked back at the dragon who had burned him. He was staring at him now with green fire in his eyes. Taunting him. "You're right," he whispered finally and looked at Mari. Ever solid Mari. Unchanging Mari. I'll go to my water," Cairo agreed. "But you tell that Dragon that if he even thinks about showing that green fire again I'll drown him." And with that he walked over to the man on the bridge near the ice sculpture. He knew it was ice because the bender in him could feel it. "You saw the Green Dragon too?" Cairo asked the man, who would probably perceive it as a nonsensical question. "Thanks for the heads up man," he said with a smile before promptly returning his shades back to their position on the bridge of his nose.

Mari returned to Yume, Sora, and Teskci. "I'm really sorry," she apologized again, feeling that this meeting would come to an abrupt end. Who would want to be friends with a girl whose best friend was already so tought? "He's really not like that all the time. It's just been a long week for him, I think, and like I said- his medicine. I promise. Once he comes to his senses he'll give you the apology he owes you. I just hope you won't hold it against him, or me."

Teskci clenched his fists took a deep breath and began moving as though he was about to air bend as smoke poured from his hands and green light shined through till it turned to green sparks as Teskci unclenched his hands. He sat back down,"I dont account anothers actions against another and your no diffrent dear. Its all fine but your friend must be carefull if i dident knew how to stay calm I could have chared him." He said with a smile.

Turning to look at him he smiled. "No you actually remind me a little of myself a few years back. I would always think to myself about how water seems to remind me of life. I guess it's what water benders really think about water, when bending it" Thinking about his younger years as a water bender. "And you aren't crazy, your cool with me" Looking at his little people running from his dragon. He began to chuckle a bit. The scene looked so funny to him. Continuing to bend, he was asked his name by him. "Name's Kai. What's your name?" Asking him his name, he liked this guy rethinking. 'I guess the saying is right. You can't judge a book by its cover' Thinking to himself, as he turned to him with both of his eyes towards him.

Mari nodded thoughtfully before glancing back, checking on Cairo. "Wow, I guess I never knew people developed their bending so late. Every bender I know just can always remember life with their bending..." she sighed and something dawned on her. "So... are you guys in a gang...? Or do you guys have any work around here?" She realized that there was still a need for her and Cairo to get money, their gang had gotten put out of their last hotel room, and they still needed to find money for dinner.

Cairo smiled at Kai. "My name is Cairo. You know what, Kai? You're alright with me. I usually don't get along with people, but you're alright with me." He lost his concentration and all of the little people he had just created melted back into the water. Usually he would be flustered, but he could only muse at how funny it was to watch people melt into water. They were just running around, away from the dragon and stomping on bugs then WOMP, no more people. Just water. "So what do you do exactly, Kai? You got some fancy government job here in the city?"

Cairo nodded along as Kai made the point that only one lucky son of a b***h would get a government job. He could have had one. Hell, he could have never had to work again. But he couldn't make that trade. The memories of his past were like ghosts in his eyes, and he was grateful for the sunglasses he had that hid his expression. "Mari and I, we run with a gang that hustles on the streets here. So mostly we do bending tricks, or swap information on one gang for another. Although..." he lowered his sunglasses so that he may peer over them at Kai, "you will never hear that from me." He smirked as he replaced the sunglasses and began noticing reality return to normal. His high was tapering off, it was quick, the lowest dosage, to fight off the withdraws he experienced. Or to keep his addiction hungry. "Actually, Mari and I need to be finding some money. Or group needs a place for the night, and a meal." He looked at Mari and frowned, wishing he could find away to take his families money and provide for her and their friends. They were more kin to him then his blood could ever be.

Mari smiled at Yume, realizing she was still a little frightened. And with each of their answers she realized they probably wouldn't know of any honest work. There was something she heard about going down tonight, some non-bending gang who needed to look menacing against another non-bending gang. Cairo and herself would show up, with masks of course, so no one would know who they were, do a little surprise bending and Badaboom, collect a cut of the dough. "Well, what are you going to do tonight about food and shelter Teskci?" She asked, figuring Yume had all of that figured out.

Nodding he felt sympathetic for his new friend. "Mari? You mean the girl you were hanging out with a while ago?" He asked as he continued to hear what he did for a living. 'Man. Cairo seriously needs help... Hmm well the restaurant does need some new workers there. Maybe I could help them out' Thinking to himself as he continued to listen to Cairo. Turning towards him, so he could see his non-matching blue and red eyes, he knew what to do. "Hey Cairo. I think I could help you out man. Me and my little sister got an apartment, I heard the other apartment by us is vacant, and you don't have to pay rent right away. Now for the job part. There's some openings at our work. My little sister, Kana works at a Tea Shop and you already know what I do" Telling him that he would be willing to help them out. "The payment we get from the jobs is alright. We got a medium range salary every week of the month. So it'd be enough to support you guys"
