This is because where the third basket goes is up to both parents, so it cannot be decided by one party/parent in a pre-written co-ownership agreement. What we do allow is:
A. Retention of rights (all parties get a basket; if the second party is allowed a third basket, that's great! However, it is not guaranteed; if there are only two baskets or the other parent does not want the third basket to go to the co-owner, then the co-owners can co-own one basket themselves or have one party give up rights to the other. However, this will still count against both co-owners).
B. Withdrawal of rights (one party gives up breeding rights completely; they cannot get a basket from the breeding but at the same time, the breeding won't count against them).
From my understanding, you guys are going with option A. If so, just note that if your co-owners decide to participate in this event, they are limited to four singles instead of five because the co-owned single will still count for them.
If you guys are going with option B, please specify so in your post (simply editing it say "only [Name] has rights for this breeding" will be sufficient).
