Sub was actually surprised that took down the Ralts, the Dark One impressed with the Eevee's own latent Dark energy. Hans certainly had potential in being an Umbreon, and that made him excited for the future. "No prob, though honestly I did not expect to win that one. Or at least I expected to be the one to tap out first." Sub said with a laugh. Hans on the other hand just held his head high, triumphantly...before passing out from his burn. "I'm going to get this little one healed up. Catch you later!" He said to Ter before recalling his Pokemon and heading on out, the room's virtual forest disappearing.

Keiko and I entered the Super Training Room together, with Keiko setting the room up while I let Haku out of his ball. I chose him due to how close he was to evolving.
With everything ready, we simply waited for Odd to show.

Odd arrived not long after Terashi and released Entr'Acte, taking hold of the living sword's handle as it's ribbon wound around his arm. "I need to work on our synchronization a bit so I'll be considering myself a part of him for this battle, if that's ok?" He told the Psychic Channeler-in-training. "Among other things..." He muttered after the fact. He also had a feeling that Entr'Acte would be evolving before too long, as well.

"You need to work on that thing not eating up what's left of your life's energy," I told Odd bluntly, watching the bladelike Pokemon wrap its soul-consuming ribbon around his arm. I'd done enough research to know what it was trying. I wasn't as knowledgeable about Odd's situation, but given the missions we'd been on before, I had an inkling of it.

"I'm closer to dead than alive these days anyway, so I don't think he's got much to take." Odd replied, completely serious. "So I guess we'll be making the first move?"
"Entr'Acte, use Aerial Ace!" The sword's ribbon unraveled in a flash and the blade shot forward. Odd grabbed the end of the ribbon just before it escaped his grasp and wound it once around his hand, allowing him to direct the sword a bit better as well as letting it drag him around if he wanted.

"Protect for now, Haku," I told my Jangmo-o. Much as he didn't appreciated taking non-offense-based tactics, he knew to trust me by now and did as he was told.
"D-don't be dead," Keiko asked Odd, looking sadder than she was when we talked earlier.
"He's a Ghost channeler, Keiko," I told her. "He's not actually dead, or in danger of such. He's just incorporeal. It's his innate ability. As far as what he said, it was probably just a joke."
I shot Odd a look as I said that, implying that it would be unwise to contradict me on that. A depressed girlfriend would derail a training session right quick.

Odd saw that look from Terashi and knew full well what he meant. Probably best not to press that topic too far at the moment. He'd have to explain to Keiko at a later date what his ever improving ability as a Ghost Channeler implied for his future, though.
Despite his attempts at hitting the Jangmo-o, Entr'Acte couldn't get his Aerial Ace to hit. As fast as he could strike, it was no match for the speed at which a defensive force field could be erected, apparently. The moment that shield came down, though, Odd had an idea. Tugging on Entr'ACte's ribbon, he pulled the Pokemon back to rest in his hand. "As soon as it's open use Sacred Sword." He told the blade in his closed fist.

"Alright, let's try to make this a little more straight-forward. Taunt, Haku," I said calmly. Haku smirked, and allowed Dark-type energy to flow through his body, all the saying insinuating that Entr'acte didn't have the means to take him down in Pokespeak.

Entr'Acte listened to Haku's taunt and only thought to himself how much the little Dragon was going to regret making such boastful statements in just a moment. He didn't seem to be changing much at first, soaking up local energy and sanctifying it within himself. Before long, his blade glowed a soft gold color. "Now!" Odd exclaimed as he drew back to swing the Honedge in his hand. Except that he froze as he reached the apex of his backswing, his hand spasming and releasing Entr'Acte as smoke drifted from the Channeler's hand. "Dammit!" Odd yelled as he pulled his hand in toward his chest. "Finish the attack! Sacred Sword!"
Entr'Acte paused for a moment to worry about Odd before following the Trainer's direction. It took a moment to recollect the energy lost when Odd dropped him but he managed. He then projected the energy into a long blade of holy power and slashed at Haku, staying as close to Odd as he could.

"...yeah, I think we need to have a conversation or two about what's going on with you. In the meantime, while he's not holding on to him, use Earthquake."
Haku smirked, proud at the scenario he'd crafted with my help. He waited for Entr'acte to draw near and grabbed hold of the flat of his blade, taking the Sacred Sword damage before slamming Entr'acte into the ground and pouring Ground-type energy through him, creating an earthquake that shook the Super Training Room and probably the rest of HQ.

Odd was still clutching at his burned hand when Haku attacked, unable to do much to help. "Counterattack, Entr'Acte!" He ordered, though he didn't give too much direction, either. Given how he was being manhandled by a Jangmo-o and rattled with Ground-type energy, along with a violently crackling floor, physical attacks were made rather difficult. So he decided to resort to a Flash Cannon generated around him, instead. Hopefully the blast of light would push Haku backwards and give him some breathing room.

I felt a bit annoyed, but not at the damage Haku took from Flash Cannon. Rather, the damage that the floor took. No more of that move indoors. "Haku, I know it isn't as strong of a move, but rely on Bulldoze for now."
Haku had slight trouble getting up after getting slammed by Flash Cannon, but he wasn't about to lose the advantage, covering his body in Ground-type energy before bum-rushing Entr'acte, looking to crash into him.

Odd was better able to see what was going on now, having grabbed some medical tape he'd started carrying around from his bag and wrapping up his burnt hand during the last few moments. With the bindings on, he could focus better and now saw that Entr'Acte wasn't doing as well as he'd hoped. "Use Aerial Ace! Get out of the attack range and fight back."
Entr'Acte reacted magnificently, racing out of Haku's attack range, looping back around with a trail of white light following his attempt to knock the Jangmo-o off kilter.

"Use Taunt again, Haku. I've got a plan," I said, looking a bit stern as a result of a combination of a plot brewing in my brain and my trainer's blood boiling. Haku failed to dodge Aerial Ace, but continued to taunt Entr'acte in Pokespeak, which didn't have much weight to it considering how much damage he'd taken up to this point. It was like a small child demanding a teenager to fight it. Haku was determined at least.

Entr'Acte returned to Odd after the attack and wound his ribbon around the Channeler's wrist since his hand was now damaged, preferring to avoid causing any more harm to him. Odd couldn't understand the Taunt directed at his Honedge but he could make out a challenge in any language. The exact words were lost but whatever was said was enough to make Entr'Acte let out a soft metallic chuckle. It was the first time Odd could remember ever even hearing the sword speak and it made him feel strange even as he decided how to continue. "I want you to use Metal Sound but I get the feeling you wouldn't listen if I told you to..." The channeler told the sword. "So Shadow Claw!"
Entr'Acte bobbed about for a moment before lunging toward the Dragon with Ghostly claws forming in the air around him.
