Morgan was all for respecting teachers but the lecture was very dull and irrelevant. Of course the mention of music was there but it was more about religion than anything which was never a focus point of his. It also didn't make too much sense in a music class, however the homework the man decided to give was mediocre. Making a song was only as hard if you put effort in it. It was easy to make a song and pass it off as an assignment, which he kind of apposed as an idea in the first place. While he was off day dreaming he didn't even notice the bell ringing nor Ciri walking up to him until she grabbed his hand. His eyes darted towards her seeing a friendly smile which wouldn't be returned. He was told his next class which he already knew and was dragged out of class. "No need to pull me" Morgan would say following right behind her.

Berlioz was very uninterested in the lecture. Hopefully this wasnt ALL the course was going to be for the rest of the year. Once the bell rang, Berlioz counted himself lucky and stood up to head to next class. Lets see, P.E. was next...an easy one for sure. Berlioz left the classroom with a cheerful smile but cared little for anyone nearby. If it wasnt for the fact that he was being watched...the things he would do.

Yuki escorted Zein all the way to the Music Studio until she finally let go over his sleeve shirt. "We are here." she announced. There was numerous and a variety of instruments around the classroom to provide students to explore different family members of the instruments. She pointed at the black grand piano, "There is your baby."" she said bluntly while pointing at the acoustic, stringed musical instrument. She leaned against the wall near the entrance door praying to the man above that the raven was terrible or doesn't surpass her level. She continued slurping on her strawberry milk, "Let's see what you got."

Zein continued to talk with Yuki about the school as she led him, he actually found the conversations with her quite pleasant if he did say so himself. His eyes beamed when he saw the music studio sign and gave Yuki a big smile before opening the door and venturing in side "holy moly!" he explained to her as he looked around the room "you guys pretty much have...every instrument don't ya?!" he said grabbing a guitar and pretend to play it like a rock star, even went the extra mile with the sliding on his knees while he just played noises. Then there it was, the piano, he smiled widely as he moved closely over to it, placing his hands on the keys and gently played a note, putting his hands on the wood, he closed his eyes "hey, you said we had to make a piece right, iv already got my own song..." He said softly, there was a soft hint of reliving, he was clearly thinking about something in the past before he turned, and began rolling up his sleeves, getting ready to play.

Yuki was about to cover her ears when Zein grabbed the guitar one time she didn't...and the person played terribly...her ears were bleeding that day. "Keep dreaming boy." while he played with his 'air' guitar. When Zein made himself comfortable with the piano, she walked over to the front row seat to watch his performance, "Oh~ well you have the weekend all to yourself." she let out a soft laugh. She too has her own songs but she decided to make one out of scratch at this stage. She looked up at Zein, "Do you mind playing it?" she asked kindly.

Zein didn't respond, not because he was being rude, or at least, he wasn't trying to be rude, rather, he seemed to be in a sort of meditation, his eyes were closed, he was breathing slowly, he calmly moved the hair out of his eyes, and shot both of them open, revealing a red, light wine colored eye, he jumped from his chair and his fingers began moving, fast, mechanical almost. His fingers kept getting faster and faster, and on his face, a look of total bliss, happiness that he didn't even show the delicious cheesecake, a calmness he didn't seem to have, his eyes darted from key to key, his pupils moving so fast they might burst, when the song finally stopped, he took a moment, resting himself against the piano, the look of bliss not leaving his face.

Yuki blinked when he didn't respond to her question, she adjusted her seat to take a look at Zein's facial expression. He looked to be...mediating? That was understandable she could see he was trying to get in his zone. Her eyes shot up wide as saucers when Zein began playing his song, it had a jazz tone to it. She watched as he moved his finger so fast she find it weird how he was able to keep up with the keys with only TWO HANDS!?! He was certainly going to get an A+. She glanced again at Zein's face and notice he was happy...not kid in the candy store kind of happy when she met him at the Great Hall. It was a different kind of happy but she couldn't put her finger on it. Once Zein was done with his piece she didn't notice her mouth was gaping wide open and a bit of the flavoured milk was dripping out of her mouth. 'Woah...' 'THAT WAS AWESOME!!!' '...' She blinked once..twice...thrice. She glanced over to the clock. "I love having my self esteem destroyed at 1:30pm." she smiled bitterly while crossing her legs one over the other. "That was great. How long did it take you to write that?"

Zein turned to her and sat back down in his chair "all in all...my pieces took me around 8 years to make...but this one and a few others were written in 3 years" He said "pretty much everyday i worked on this and a few other pieces.." He thought for a moment "I was...indisposed of for a few years, I couldn't go to public school anymore, and until now, no private school would take me in due to my...disabilities, and my par-" He stopped again before continuing "well with school not being an option, and due to a injury that left me pretty much unable to leave the house for 3 years... i had plenty of time on my hands to focus on writing my pieces." He said "This is my sanctuary, to calm myself down, this is where my mind can focus." he said

The boy sound like he spent a lot of years in his house with music his only savior. He surely doesn't sound too comfortable to speak about his parents yet. She can understand that she doesn't intend to speak much about her past especially about her parents, she keeps it 'lock and key'. But disabilities? the boy didn't look sick...well physical. She faintly smiled at at the comment how he feels about music, "I agree, I see music as a safe haven. I place where I can be myself, it's a serenity without it well...I would be a hollow shell." she trailed off quietly. "I mean...even your heart is just like a beatbox when it stops well...you know what happens." she smiled, trying to lighten up the atmosphere.

Zein smiled as he hopped off his seat and sat next to yuki "well...i wont say thats all music is to me...it also keeps me in check." He quickly added "uh, my twitching" he said scratching his head. He looked at her, he was younger then her, but he could see some sort of sadness, some sort of loneliness, something resonated with her, she was like him, at least in some ways, he was about to say something, but then he heard a familiar voice in his own head "what's this, making a new friend?" the voice said in his head as Zein stopped in his tracks, with a surprised voice "com'on, you and i both know where friends get you right? didn't you decide you didn't need them?"

He froze for a moment before he shook his head and continued "i think i can relate, at least a little, to that hollow feeling you'r talking about" He said staring at the ceiling.

Yuki tilted her head when Zein when he explained it also keeps him in check, 'Of your twitching?' she repeated in her head. She stared at him and notice that he was about to tell her something but pushed it aside. She raised her hand then immediately smacked the boy hard but not enough to hurt him to bring him out of his thought. "Excuse me. You are in the Music Studio Mr. Giant, where people sing, dance and play music. But more importantly have fun!" she said cheerful as she got up on her feet and threw the empty carton of milk to the nearest bin. She placed both hands on her hips while staring at Zein, she clapped her hands in front of her. "Now." She pointed at the guitar Zein was trying to play earlier. "Pick up that guitar and show off and go full on Rock Band mode. But if you can't play guitar...just leave it, no just leave it, no, no, no...no. Not when I'm around at least." Yuki smiled brightly, she was trying to give Zein high spirits than dwell too much on the past.

Zein smiled and nodded, getting up he proceeded to talk to yuki about music, art, the things that they enjoyed, while trying out new instruments and failing horribly. "jeeze, all this air playing is wearing me out" he said popping a seat down and taking a few deep breaths, he clearly did not have a lot of stamina, but what would you expect from a twig?
