Kasumi took a unorthadox fighting stance, then in a hard movement preformed a open palmed strike that produced a spark of chakra. It appeared like electricity, came from her hand. How odd that she can do that, and the info board says she is a Genin.

"Interesting," Keitama said as he unsuccessfully tried to copy her movement. "Ah... it's too bad I have no idea who would be able to teach me here," he said acting somewhat dejected and annoyed at himself. It was an act of course, but Keitama knew sometimes what had to be done in order to get one's goals accomplished.

Of course all the information was what Keitama's job was as he smiled and bowed. "Thank you for the information, I'll be sure to try to talk to the Raikage when I get a chance," he said gratefully as he walked over to take a look at some of the scrolls.

Narama walked into the Dojo and saw two people he had not met before "Hello to the both of you, my name is Otawage, Narama. What is your names?" he said and sounded friendly.

Keitama was surprised at Kasumi's actions as he paused for a moment to study her stance. Of corse it was something he had never seen before, but that was to be expected since he had just arrived in the village. He took a modest defensive stance, but it left openings. For one as young as Keitama, this was a very sloppy stance almost novice level......

Kasumi dropped her fighting stance and looked at Keitama. "How did you make it past the academy?" she asks him with a slightly confused expression.

Keitama dropped his stance as well, "Well I guess that didn't work....." he said as he then shrugged his shoulders and got into a more realistic fighting stance. His feet were arched over the ground as if prepared to jump at a moments notice, but his hands signified he was going to defend himself.

Kasumi smirked and took a judo styled stance, "Alright..." She stood there and studied Keitama for a while.

Keitama also studied Kasumi's stance as he was still tense and continued to stand there. The two of them waited and watched one another as Keitama slowly paced around Kasumi still keeping his stance at ready.
Then in a moment, Keitama took the first action and ran towards Kasumi with full speed, throwing a light punch with his right hand forward but then used his left arm to brace his right arm, which would normally prevent any grabs from completely connecting and for him to lose his momentum........

Kasumi grind, and turned to the left dodging the punch. It was as if they were going in slow motion. Kasumi focused her eyes on a open spot in Keitama's action, and went to strike his right side with a electric charged open palm punch.
