The bear cub was fine now, and so Amu wasn't in any danger. she panted, obviously out of shape for her good fighting skills.

((100!!!! woot-woot!! *victory dance*))

"the portal will close soon, so I suggest we move." Kichi said stepping through the portal, what lay before him was a desolate waste land of brimstone and the remains of warriors long past. "Welcome to hell incarnate everybody. It's gonna be a long two days."

He sighed. "Out of the frying pan and into the fire, eh?"

"Quite literally, it seems." Nymm muttered, inching away from a lizard that had crawled out of a hole in a nearby rock and promptly burst into flame. "This place is...interesting."

Yoshitsune would be alright; his armour was forged with the feathers of Yata-Garasu, and would withstand the flames indefinitely. He worried for the cub, though... All that fur would be a burden, and he had no experience shaving an animal...

Amu panted, she was used to snow and ice.



Nena ran around Yoshi "Mr. Minamoto!!!" She giggled madly, then ran around Kicki and Nymm, "Weeeeh!!!"

"Hey there! Have you met Kuma?" He indicated the cub at his feet.

"Kuma!!" She ran and hugged the bear. "He's fluffy!"

Kuma licked Nena playfully, seeming to get along with her well. Yoshitsune knelt down to her, looking her in the face with a smile. "Kuma is not for Feeding on, okay? He's a special friend of mine."

He then went to comfort Amu. "I can see you're not used to this heat. Perhaps one of the others will know a spell to comfort you, eh?"

"I'm afraid my magic has been affected by my disease; I can hardly do more than healing cuts and scrapes. But this place isn't all flaming. There's just some fiery patches here and there, or at least, that's what my brother taught me." Nymm looked troubled for a moment, but then she shook her head quickly and said, "It'll probably only take a few minutes to get out. Will you be okay, Amu?"

'You're right Nymm but the patches are getting more frequent as the Felking ages, as it is with all the Felkings. They are tied to the land. But this one seems to be relatively small and we're only about four or five miles from the Imperial City of Gadfretik where the Felking lives, and that area is always clear." Kichi said. "I'll help Amu and the cub, then we should probably move before something that's used to this environment comes to attack."

she shook her head, "I'm okey." She smiled at Yoshi, "its not that bad." Then truned tro Kichi "thank you, though."

Nena was cuddling with the bear, obviously attached.
