So this past weekend was awesome. My friends and I went out to one of Tucson's many gun shows, and I came home with a wonderful military antique, a Russian Mosin-Negant rifle that was made in 1944, during WWII. It's the carbine version, so it's not as long as a regular Mosin, but that's fine by me X3
The rifle is in amazing condition for being 66 years old, with the stock still having much of its original finish and the barrel without pits from rust. The rifling is still nice and sharp, the bolt's in fine condition, and even the bayonet is still in good shape (Yes, you can own a rifle with a bayonet or bayonet lug in Arizona without a problem). The only real problem is the fact that there's a little bit of rust in the chamber, but that's easily taken care of with a wire brush, or even a stiff bristled toothbrush. Just about all I need to do is give it a good cleaning and oiling, and it'll be ready for a day out on the range. And the best part is, it wasn't soaked in that weird preservative crap that turns the wood of the stock black and leaks out when it gets too hot X3
All in all, I'm very happy with it, and I'm very eager to head out to the range. I'd say the trick is finding a range that'll let me fire such a large round, but hey, it's Tucson...Easy enough X3 I mean, the thing's as long as my finger!

There was talk a while back about D&D and good games and stuff that I think Lee started. I found a Let's Play where a bunch of people play D&D. It's video format, but can work with just audio pretty easily as well. If you don't know what a let's play is, this is when someone plays a game and you watch/read from that. It varies a lot. Some are videos, some are screenshot oriented. Some are hilarious, others are very boring. Entertainment varies. This one's pretty funny and I can't help but laugh at the hilarity. You may be bored to death, but I sure enjoy it! Here's the linky: http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3273056

Bleh, it's all Version 4, when Wizards of the Coast took over D&D and changed EVERYTHING.
I started a graveyard shift job where I deliver early edition newspapers at night to people's houses. The first night took nearly 5 hours, but I've shortened it to 2 and a half.
The most annoying part of it is the houses that want you to drop the newspaper on the porch, or in an exact spot, rather than just toss it up the driveway or put it in a mailbox. This slows me down.
Because, instead of just pausing at their house for a second, I have to A) Park the car b) remove seatbelt c) get out of car d) run up sidewalk and deposit newspaper on porch or spot e) get back into car f) put seatbelt back on g) get car out of park and drive h) ???? I) profit
Now some people might have a legitimate reason, like they're disabled or handicapped. But I think most people are just fat and lazy like 90% of America. I want to ask people "Would you like for me to stick it up your a** as well, sir?"
So usually I toss it at their porch hard enough for it to slam into their door/screen/window hard enough to wake them up, so the paper neatly drops on their porch.
Yes, I am an a*****e and I hate everyone and I have no friends. twisted

I don't really know anything about the versions. sweatdrop Also, I thought that's what everyone did. o.0; Alternatively, you could get one of those cannon things that shoot t-shirts and aim for the door. razz

Wow...I've been gone for a while and gaia has just blown past me...anyway I guess its time for a small update.
1.) Back home with parents and around real friends. It feel so good to be around people! Instead of trapped inside the house and only let out for work!
2.) I'm now jobless because of my move, but hey its worth it besides this town is full of job opportunities.
3.) I'm single for the first time in a few years and I'm LOVING it. I can go out and flirt outrageously with out having to report to someone on the nights activities.

Garek Maxwell Alternatively, you could get one of those cannon things that shoot t-shirts and aim for the door. razz Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. This. If I could modify the launcher to accept newspapers, I would totally do this. However, cheap launchers are usually around $600, and the awesome ones start at $1500. I would love to get a pair of these, though: Suki Wolfram Wow...I've been gone for a while and gaia has just blown past me...anyway I guess its time for a small update. Who are you again? And you're single and looking? *humps* ninja

Psycho Lee I would love to get a pair of these, though: gonk I don't think the world would be safe with cyborg Lee on the rampage though. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Random, but if anyone is interested I randomly checked and saw that all the new pokemon for Black and White are listed with images on Serebii. So if you want, you can check them out here: http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-bw/ Isshu 496-649 Starts you off. Without spoiling it for anyone who wants to be surprised, I'd like to just say that I found the new type combos to be pretty interesting considering most of the past ones felt like more of the same. There's still the same normal/flying types around (hardly a spoiler there) along with other common ones, but there seemed to be a lot more experimentation with type combos this time. Could be interesting.

Yea yea, no game playing in the computer lab... not like the place is almost empty and no one needs my computer.
Fags.
My last college didn't give a bloody ********. You could be looking at gay porn and the ******** lab techs wouldn't care, because they were teen punks/geeks who would sit at their desk and play games and ******** around too.
