Nah, you couldn't be the person I'm thinking of.
But she's hilarious when she's laughing, and it's not like it annoys anyone, just makes us smile/laugh.
She has a tendency to break out into song as well. ...stalking you from the shadows ~~{ Selina }~~ Yup, I'm not the person you're talking about. xB My laughing fits only annoy my family. I guess they hear it too much? D; I break out into song, too. =o Though it's usually in Japanese. o.o

@ Scarlet: Yeah, I pretty much did the same thing. I was made of fail. Check it out: first the guy asked me if I was blond. Um... no. Tall? Nope, I'm short. Then he wants to know if I wear panties. No. Bikinis? No. Boyshorts? No. Thongs. No. What then?
Me: Oh, I wear boxers.
Him: Men's boxers?
Me: Yes, I think they're comfortable.

@rotceh: Whenever I'm on the phone it's lots of "uhhh," "umm," and big gaps of silence. I prefer actually seeing someone face to face.

I'm more nervous in person myself. I can come off as pretty friendly on the internet and over the phone, but I can be shy sometimes in person. Particularly around people that I don't know yet, especially if they're attractive/I like them.
