miera waved her hand airily "i never had a chance to just do tings for fun.....you probably didnt know this, but im originally from this time frame, but fell back into ancient egypt....and cleopatra's clutches. she...adopted me, of sorts....while i was there. at first i was like a servant, without much free time. then she heard my wish for a family, took pity, and took me in, turning me more into a favored adviser/sister. then something went wrong, and she went evil...she started treating me like a servant again, and would thrash me for going off to do things with the servant children my age, so i learned to get rid of all the fun and whatnot i had learned there......" miera said, her voice seeming to come form all directions, and bouncing weirdly all over the place "dam...! i HATE it when it does this...." she said, making a strange gesture with her hands, and the disturbing occurrence stopped. "i guess ive been the only one using it for a while, so it recognizes me more than you...." she mumbled to kari, making another gesture so kari could see again, looking like the same mountainous area, the people moving around and everything, smoke showing up as a lighter shadow, barely perceptible "i spent a lot of time in here, after...." miera said, her face going hard as she stopped, her body completely covered in shadow here, like the sky had turned into black velvet to clothe her.s he looked over at kari sadly, then her face resumed a more brisk look "right....you want out...." she said tonelessly, shoving kari gently at a glittering point, staying behind and in the strange shadowy place

Kari looked at Miera for a moment. "You never had fun?! THEN I NEED TO TEACH YOU...You...!" Her voice got quieter, and then resumed speaking in a normal tone. "Re-teach you." She grinned and ran over to Miera, she saw her stiffen, but figured it was best not to ask about that, she tugged Miera out of the portal and back into the snow and looked at Infern, "Oh great, they fused together. Now we have to double up Ammo... Inferno!" She said calling towards her alliance.

miera blinked, momentarily blinded by the snow after being in her transitional place. she fell, suddenly let go by kari, who had grabbed her at the last minute "damn...." she muttered, then saw clex and infern fuse "doubly..." she said, disappearing again, and reappearing...on their shoulders "hello, brothers...." she said, amusement in her voice as she swung off their shoulder. she ducked and rolled away in case they attacked, but keeping her eyes on them the whole time, ending in a crouch, one hand behind her back, her body almost parallel to the ground, supported by her free arm up front, and her legs bent like a frogs in the back. in her hidden arm, she called forth a shadowblade, a knife this time instead of her favorite jagged sword, waiting for them to retaliate and attack "this could be fun...." she said lightly, still amused and ready, her senses, physical and psychic, waiting

"Very well. I'll make the first move." he said as she jumped off his shoulders. Infinex turned and in three seconds had shot shockwaves that toppled three trees, slung huge clouds of snow at Miera, and some that were directly shot at Miera. He then charged at her, leapt into the air, shot three fusion blasts at her and came down swinging his sword. He formed a thin shield around the sword to keep the blade from being damaged.

miera's eyes widened as she saw all the attacks shot at her. moving under the assumption she wouldnt be able to catch all of them and fighting, she sucked the ranged attacks into her dark world, where the shock waves rippled harmlessly, the other place technically not existing until needed. a mental shield of darkness repelled the ones directly towards her, and she dodged the fusion blasts, another shield popping up to be blasted. knowing that sometime she might have to fight physically and not use her abilties, she met the blade head-on with her knife of shadows, black sparks shooting off as the light of the fusion danced down their sword. she sudenly grinned, and rolled UNDER their weapon and to the side, as the light on her body flashed, enough to surprised them without blinding them. but as she rolled, she caught one of the fusion attacks that had bounced off of a mini-shield instead of destroying it like she thought. she hissed in surprise, a bit shocked that the shields had gotten stronger each time she brought them up. grimacing, her left arm hung limply the shoulder bleeding as she disappeared into her TransWorld. she reappeared later, a bandage across her shoulder, and holding the knife as her shadowblade appeared in her right hand. she was mentally moving the arm now, the nerves and connections dead. when it moved, it was jerky and slow, as she got used to moving it with her mind instead of her brain's nervous process. she crouched, waiting to pull different shield up with her mind, instead of just playing with her darkness side of her abilities

Smoke saw that miera was hurt, *ugh! I need to heal her shoulder!!!* Smoke dissappeared into her elements and swirled over to Miera. She suddenly appeared and a thick shield appeared around Infinex, trapping him. She quickly placed her hand on the shield and whispered a spell. it glowed a blue color and she smiled, "He'll be trapped in there for about 5 minutes." she then placed her hand on Miera's shoulder, "Ouch... the nerves are damaged." she pulled the bandage off and said a spell. THe wound sealed up along with the nerves and muscles. "How does it feel?" she poked her arm.
"Oof!" Skyler landed in a pile of snow. He yelled in pain as his leg snapped. 'AH!" his yell echoed in the odd cave. SOme blood started to spill onto the pure snow. "oh god...." He passed out from the spasm's of pain.
Nile's ears perked. He suddenly got up and looked around *Smoke.. something's not right...* His thoughts were open to everyone, but he was directing his words at his mistress.

miera looked surprised when smoke appeared next to her. and healed her arm. she tested it by pretending to make a strike at smoke.....but change at the last second to miss, her hilt flashing harmlessly above smoke's head "good, thanks...." miera said, nodding, even though she noticed the reaction was a bit slow, but glad she thought to account for that....she didnt want to smack smoke again. "you better listen to nile........and not waste your energy on tough cases so early into a battle...i had it under control..........." she said, sending smoke a mental compulsion to MOVE IT to skylar, and not stop for anything else "get a move on!" she yelled vocally "and next time, dont worry about me.......i can heal myself if needs be!!" she added

Kari looked at the fallen trees and then at Infinex. "Wow. Someone needs to learn to be eco-wise." She muttered and then began to make a snow angel.

"You're my sister now... and it didn't take much energy to heal you, it was a spell any way. and the shield thing is weak, but i put a spell on it so not much energy was used." Smoke smiled and grabbed Kari from her snow angel making, "We're going to go find Skyler. Nile think he's hurt."

miera stared at her for a little bit, her eyes staring at smoke. she gave a small smile, her head hanging as the bright shine of tears dripped from her dark eyelashes "thank you..." she said very softly, being all that was needed, her thankfulness and joy almost uncontrollable as she allowed herself to hope. she turned the knife into another thick longsword, now having two blades dripping and burning purple and black shadows

"Okay I'll make more ammo." I made all that snow from the tree into alot of snow balls and sat down next to Kari who was making a snow angel.

Kari got up from the snow,"Skylar hunting!" She beamed, "Lets go!" She ran ahead of smoke, "Come on! COme on!"

I reappeared farther up the mountain when i heard a cry "Skyler? Skyler!!!!!!" I shouted. I ran toward the sound and came to a clearing. I ran around frantically looking for him. I nearly fell in a hole off to the edge of the mountain. I got down on my hands and knees and jumped down, to find him laying there in the snow. I saw the blood and panicked "Skyler!!! Oh my God, what happened!!!" I cried. I instantly went to him and held him in my arms to keep him warm. I tried not to jostle his leg to much as i drew him closer to me. I rose my body temperature and melted the snow around us to keep him from the cold, I wrapped his leg in darkness to keep it strait "Im so sorry..." I whispered. I shot a fireball into the air and it exploded like a firework, I just hoped Smoke would see it.

Infinex decided to bide his time in the shield. When it finally released him, he looked up just in time to see the fireball that exploded in midair. He ran as fast as he could to catch up with the others. "What's happened?" he asked when he caught them.
Orgost was watching from a nearby tree, hidden by a special spell. He saw Skyler fall into his pit, heard his cry, and watched in sheer amusement as Kurai shot her exploding fireball into the air. "Why don't you greet them for me Airigar." He spoke to his companion hidden behind another tree.
"Very well then." his companion said as he took a step out from behind the tree's protection. Airigar was tall and muscular. He walked down the hill to where they were and he shouted in a loud voice, "Hello there." while Orgost disappeared quietly and unseen.
