Ryan blinks a couple of times. "Wait...she's? wow. last time I saw her she was just a tiny thing. Now she's almost as tall as me and learning the family trade! you've done well Kurt." Ryan says with a quick chuckle and a smile.

"So...rough start?" I asked Aden. I then sighed hard. "You panicked?" This is sounding like a common thing now.
"That she is." Kurt said. "She makes a pretty good Love ball, I give her that. We were working on Lure balls just before you got in. I think we can review over Fast Balls."

"Your the best Kurt. Then I best go join back up with my friends. I have to wait a day anyways. I'll stop by this time tomorrow. I was good to see both of you again and I will see you again later." Ryan says. he gives a quick bow and is on his way.
Once he is outside and away from the house, he takes a deep breath then starts to stroll towards the Pokemon Center. That was sure a surprise. But now it was time to go meet back up with Aden and Blizz. Hopefully he had given them enough time.

"Rough to where I can't say I really started anything. And with Geodude? Yeah, I panicked. It fell so fast I'm still not sure what hit it. I was trying to stop any panicking when I had Raticate take its place, so that one was probably more of a bad choice." Aden said, and shrugged. At least he was trying to get better in some areas.

"Alright, see you then, Ryan." Kurt said as he took his leave. This did leave him a bit curious. He was with a couple of others?

Ryan would enter the pokemon center at that moment. He went up to the counter and had the Nurse heal Shadow back to full health. Once he got her pokeball back, he turned and saw Aden and Blizz. "Hey there you two." he says.

"Probably wouldn't mind it, but I can't deny the shamefulness of that last one. I think I'll keep Geodude out of it this time. I'll train that one with some of the wild Pokemon or something." Aden said, waving slightly when Ryan showed up.

Aden found himself moving a step forward as he was nudged. Even if he had wanted to avoid it, he saw that he wasn't going to be given that option. "Yeah, uh. Sorry again for what happened in the forest. I choked a bit on that one. Would you be up for a rematch, same rules? It doesn't have to be right now, but it's out there." He spoke up.

Ryan takes a deep breath. "I accept your apology. But, as for a rematch, I will gladly give you one, but not at the moment. Also, next time, I won't be using my smaller pokemon. You will have to go against my more veteran pokemon." Ryan says as well as warns.

Aden had that feeling. He had ruined his chance earlier, and paid for it a bit. He began to wonder if maybe he should just stick to training against the wild Pokemon. Between any gym leaders and Ryan, he was slowly getting into a serious pinch. "Alright. And Kurt? What'd you see him for?" That he knew of, Ryan hadn't had any Apricorns on him, unless he went for a chat.
But then, he didn't know what he had or didn't have.

"Eh, I don't really have much of a reason to go see Kurt, really. Aden did get a few Apricorns here, I know, on the way here, but apart from that, if you already been there, I don't think we should be all that much of a bother, personally. You know how he is when he's crafting." I mused.

"Aden, do remember. Last time I journeyed through this area, I was 5 years younger than you are now. Seeing most of the people we will run into will be quite the catching up for me. Kurt was happy to see me. The old man is up and moving fine. The big surprise is how much older his granddaughter is. She was just a little thing when I last passed through here. Now she is all grown up. I also grabbed a few White Apricorns off the Tree next to his house for some Fast Balls." Ryan explains.
Ryan then turns to Blizz. "And on that same line, it seems Kurt has been training his his Granddaughter of late to carry on the family business of making apricorn pokeballs. She is the one who is making my Fast Balls. " Ryan explains.
