Well we can try meeting up at a certain time but that's the advantage of having a board, if the certain time doesn't work we can just agree to check the RP every other day and respond to actions. It would be a little slower but would work too.
Say the DM says "You round a corner and a WILD SNORLAX APPEARS. He wobbles his gelatinous body and flails his tentacle arms" And then the DM waits for the team to reply, even if it takes a day. So say the next day the first guy replies "I pull out my sword and attack him." and in the same post, he rolls the proper dice to see if it's a hit or not, to see damage if any, ect. And the DM has to okay the attack or whatever.
I've done those types before, and they work.
