"Oh, right." Aden made sure to keep remembering that; Ryan had been going through much earlier. It'd be weird if he didn't make acquaintance with several people. He didn't know of the tree, however, but after that, he felt he might want to leave that one alone this time. "Anyway, I'm up for it. If he's up for making any, I'm curious to see what I might be able to get out of the few I have."

Ryan then remembers something. "There is actually something I want to check on in town. dunno how long it will take, all depends how chatty the person is." he explains.

"It's nothing serious. I am just going to see the Charcoal Maker" he says. "see if he has any new incompetent apprentices we may have to worry about." Ryan mumbles slightly. That was not fun the last time he came through here.

For it to go down so fast against something that wasn't one of his veterans, I'd be afraid to know how fast a veteran Pokemon would finish it off." As he saw it, fighting Ryan at his best was like fighting the region's Elite Four and Champion at once. With a Weedle.

Ryan finally makes it to the Charcoal Maker's House. He knocks on the door. Time to see how business was.

"I don't think there's much you could give." Aden admitted. "I messed up on my chance of fighting on easier terms. I'll just have to deal with that and try to fight with what I do have. I can't just go and call off the rematch, and even if I could, I'm not going to."

"Well, nothing you can do to change that fact anyways, other than just figure out what you're going to do in that fight." I said, getting up from my chair. "If what Ryan said is true, you may not have too much longer to wait, so may as well make the most of your time. Get a soda or something." I said, walking off for the moment. Speaking of, I needed to get myself another one for myself.

Ryan enters when beckoned and has a quick conversation with the Charcoal Maker. Once satisfied that all is well, Ryan leaves and starts to head back to the Pokemon Center.
