Sorry i havent resonded for a while i got caught up in a thread about vegiterians.
Yakitate japan is about a boy who is on a quest to make the worlds best bread. It may sound lame but it is really funny and pretty cool actually. At first i thought it sounded stupid but I went ahead and tried it anyways and It is In my top ten 10 favorite mangas.
